Bob is a seasoned hunting guide with over a decade of guiding experience in big game, waterfowl, turkey, and upland bird hunting across Colorado. Hailing from the rural backwoods of Northern California, Bob has always had a deep connection to the outdoors. His primary goal as a guide is to ensure that everyone he takes into the field has a memorable and enjoyable experience, sharing his passion for the hunt. As a father of two aspiring hunters, Bob is adept at catering to both novice and seasoned hunters, making him an ideal guide for any adventure.

Caleb was born and raised in Sterling, Colorado he has been hunting small game since he was 13. He started hunting waterfowl when he was a freshmen in college and been hooked ever since. Caleb is a Brand Support Specialist & Staff Lead for Colorado Custom Game Calls.
Michael Maroney
Born and raised in the Rocky Mountains, Michael’s passion for hunting and fishing has been a lifelong affair. His extensive love and knowledge of the outdoors has led him to a long career in the guiding industry. With over 14 years of experience guiding fly fishing across Colorado along with 9 years of big game guiding experience in Colorado and New Mexico, there is little that he hasn’t experienced or chased in the field. That coupled with his schooling in fisheries biology and restoration ecology helps him bring a practical, scientific, and adventurous teaching method that ensures his clients have a great day in the field. Whitetail hunting has been a lifelong passion of mine and being able to help others accomplish their goals and shoot bigger deer truly is a dream come true. I have hunted heavily pressured properties for more than 20 years now, which has given me a unique understanding about how mature bucks and deer in general use a property, as well as, how they respond to human presence. I began helping folks with hunting long before I started Tactical Approach Outdoors, LLC and seeing their increase in success and overall enjoyment of the hunt built the foundation to where I am now as a business owner and hunter. My #1 goal for all my clients is obviously to help you succeed and shoot the biggest buck of their life, but it is also to help them have an amazing and memorable trip during their stay. Tactical Approach Outdoors, LLC is a whitetail consulting and property management company. I design habitat and hunting plans for client properties and help them implement those plans. I also do a lot of educational workshops and seminars as well focusing on all kinds of topics from mobile hunting, public land strategies, mature buck bedding and habitat improvement topics. My outfitter is 100% ran with a management forward strategy, I'm not interested in taking a high number of hunters, only to create poor hunting experiences and diminish the overall health of the local herd. Daniel Davisson
My name is Daniel Davisson, I grew up hunting waterfowl with my dad and grandpa on the farms of Weld County and along the front range. I absolutely love hunting and fishing. My favorite is Canadian Goose and duck, but I also love hunting dove, quail, pheasant, & turkey. I am very blessed to be able to share my passion for hunting with many others...from beginners to seasoned hunters, I enjoy all aspects of the sport and creating a fun adventure.
