Infinite Outdoors is a membership-based platform for booking private hunting and fishing access by the day, without a long-term lease. Access+ members can reserve hundreds of private land listings covering more than 2 million acres across the country. Its Access Granted program also opens reserved routes across private land to reach landlocked public land.
Join Access+ ($59.99/year), search listings by state, species and date, and book the days you want. Each listing shows its reservation fee, per-person outdoorsman fee, guest limit, hunt length and general rules before you pay. After booking, your property map and directions appear in the app's Adventure tab. Check in through the app when you arrive, and file a review and/or harvest report after the hunt.
In one way: you book a specific private property for specific dates. The difference is the management behind the booking. Infinite Outdoors staff biologists review properties before they're listed, landowners apply biologist-recommended harvest quotas and rest days, and every hunter files a harvest report.
Every property belongs to a private landowner who sets its dates, rules and fees. When you book, that landowner grants you a temporary license to access the property for your dates. Infinite Outdoors runs the platform: listings, payments, maps, member vetting and support. It is not an outfitter or a guide service.
Colorado and Wyoming. As of October 2026 they hold 572 of Infinite Outdoors' 773 listings (74%): 324 in Colorado and 248 in Wyoming. Nebraska (35), Kansas (27), South Dakota (23), Oklahoma (14) and Texas (14) follow. Minnesota has 10, and 15 other states have fewer than 10 each. Coverage is strongest for Western big game, waterfowl and trout water, however we are expanding to new states weekly.
A lease gives you one property for a whole season, paid up front and often split among a group. Infinite Outdoors lets you book private land only for the dates you hunt, so you can hunt different properties, species and states each year without a season commitment. A lease suits hunters who want the same ground every weekend; Infinite Outdoors suits hunters who want flexibility.
Choose a guided or outfitted hunt if you want someone else to scout, set up camp and run the hunt. Choose Infinite Outdoors if you want to hunt private land yourself: you book the property and dates, then scout and hunt on your own. Some listings let you add a local guide for your dates, so you can mix both. Infinite Outdoors itself is not an outfitter.
Many hunters do both. Public land costs only your license and tag but can be crowded, a long trip, or hard to reach. Private access costs more but gives you a set property, set dates and limited pressure. Infinite Outdoors is built to complement public land. Access Granted opens reserved routes to landlocked public parcels, and private listings fill gaps in species, timing or travel plans.
The Infinite Outdoors app shows boundaries, parking and landowner rules for properties you book, downloads maps for offline use, and includes ownership layers and 3D terrain. Many hunters also use a dedicated mapping app for wider e-scouting. Infinite Outdoors does a different job: it gets you legal access to the ground.
With Infinite Outdoors it's both: the $59.99 Access+ membership unlocks booking, then you pay per hunt only for the dates you book. There's no season-long commitment.
Public ground: lowest cost, most self-reliance, often the most pressure. Private day access through Infinite Outdoors: you pay per trip, on set dates, with limited pressure. Most waterfowl, dove, upland and fishing days cost around $100 per person; big-game hunts run from several hundred to a few thousand dollars. A lease: one property all season, paid up front. A guided hunt: the highest cost and the most support.
We don't publish head-to-head comparisons, but these are the things that set Infinite Outdoors apart. Staff biologists review properties before listing. Landowners apply harvest quotas and required rest days. Hunters file a harvest report after every hunt. Access Granted opens reserved routes to landlocked public land. And one Access+ membership covers hunting and private fly-fishing water across the country.
Infinite Outdoors is designed to add access, not replace it. Infinite Outdoors listings are private ground that isn't otherwise open to the public. Access Granted opens routes to landlocked public land at no cost to hunters, funded by sponsors and Access+ dues. And paying landowners for access gives them income from wildlife, which is a reason to keep habitat on working land.
Access has no annual fee. It lets you reserve Access Granted routes to landlocked public land and use the app's maps. Access+ costs $59.99 a year. It adds reservations on all private listings, private-land map layers, 3D terrain on private ground, and gear discounts from retail partners.
Access Pro is an optional $249.99-a-year tier. It includes everything in Access+ plus trail-camera feeds from properties with conservation cameras, with full photo history, filters by state and species, and new photos through the season. It's built for scouting: seeing what's moving on a property before you book.
Prices are set per listing and shown before you book. As of October 2026, the median reservation fee plus one person's outdoorsman fee was about $80 for dove, $110 for varmints, $130 for waterfowl, $140 for pheasant, $154 for fishing, $275 for turkey, $1,000 for pronghorn, $1,600 for deer and $2,350 for elk. Many big-game prices cover a multi-day hunt. Start an Access+ free trial for 7 days then it's $59.99 after that.
Listing fees are shown before checkout. You pay the Access+ membership ($59.99/year); a reservation fee, paid once per booking at checkout and non-refundable; an outdoorsman fee for each hunter or angler, charged as the listing describes; and applicable taxes. The party leader pays all fees by default, but outdoorsman fees can be assigned to individual guests.
It is if you book at least one private-land trip, or want to utilize it for e-scouting. Access+ adds public and private-land map layers, 3D terrain and gear discounts. It renews yearly unless canceled before renewal.
At October 2026 prices, two days on a typical waterfowl listing (about a $55 reservation fee plus about $93 per person per day) cost one hunter about $240, or about $300 including a new Access+ membership. Big-game hunts cost more and are often sold as multi-day hunts. Exact prices for your dates are on each listing.
Yes, up to the listing's guest limit. Invite guests by name and email from your booked adventure. Everyone on the property, including companions who aren't hunting or fishing, needs an active Access+ membership and a completed hunting and fishing application; children 12 and under are the only exception. Each guest's outdoorsman fee can be paid by the party leader or assigned to the guest from the Adventure Page.
Yes. The property map at infiniteoutdoorsusa.com/properties shows every listing with its location, reservation fee and per-person price. Each listing page shows the guest limit, acreage, landowner notes and member reviews. You need Access+ to book private listings.
Yes, it renews automatically 12 months from your initial start date. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least two business days before your renewal date. The membership fee is non-refundable.
Yes. Access+ comes with a 7-day trial: you can browse properties and book an adventure within the 7 days before your annual membership starts.
Youth 13–17 get 50% off outdoorsman fees on fishing and small-game properties (see youth discounts). Access+ members get gear discounts from retail partners including MTN OPS, Lacrosse Footwear and ALPS OutdoorZ. If you have a promo code, enter it at checkout.
Infinite Outdoors does offer seasonal waterfowl passes that cover most waterfowl properties on the platform. There are also property specific passes that give you longer term access to those properties or groups of properties.

Yes. You book specific dates on a listing, not a season, so there's no lease. Small-game, waterfowl and fishing listings are booked by the day. Many big-game hunts are sold as fixed multi-day hunts, such as a three- or five-day deer, elk or pronghorn hunt. You pay only for the dates you reserve.
Big game hunts can be booked up to 2 years in advance on some properties. Small game, waterfowl and turkey properties typically open up between 6-9 months before the season. You can book an adventure all the way until the day before the trip.
Start by identifying what species and what state you want to hunt in. If you want to book a big game hunt, reach out to our support team and they can help you find the right property. For non-tag required hunts, you can start a free trial, and find the property that best fits your needs. Be sure to check the property listing for details, reviews and harvest pictures.
If you reserve a hunt and do not draw the tag, our team will work with you to move your hunt to the following year or to a property that has over the counter or second draw tags available. Reservation fees are not refundable but you will not be charged the outdoorsman fees if you cancel your hunt prior to the set charge date.
Yes. Book consecutive days where a listing's calendar allows, or choose a fixed multi-day hunt. Hunting and fishing are separate listings, so a combined trip means booking one of each; some ranches list both. Each booking has its own fees and cancellation terms.
Generally not. Listings are booked for the hunting or fishing they list, and the Terms prohibit any other use unless the listing allows it. A few listings cover other activities, such as an Access Granted route for sport climbing in Wyoming. Access Granted routes are for crossing only: no hunting, fishing or camping on the private parcel you cross.
Yes. Once you book, your Adventure Page and the app give you detailed maps with property boundaries, legal access points, parking, gate or access instructions and any notes from the landowner; gate codes may also arrive by email. Stay inside the marked boundaries at all times. Open the adventure in the app before you arrive so everything downloads for use without cell service.
Please don't contact the landowner directly before booking. Infinite Outdoors staff can answer most questions about a property. After you book, many landowners reach out with extra information if it's needed, and some like to meet you at the gate. Every landowner is different.
Log in as an Access+ member on the app or website, choose the property and dates, and select checkout. Add every guest by email: all guests must be on the adventure roster, accept the invite, and hold a paid membership. Reservation fees are charged at booking and are non-refundable; outdoorsman fees are charged as the listing describes. If a property needs landowner approval, you're charged only once it's approved; allow at least 48 hours. Access Granted works differently: no paid membership, but a payment method on file is required.
Only if the listing allows it. Access is limited to your booked dates unless the property description or the Infinite Outdoors team says scouting is allowed. Entering a property before your booked date without approval is trespassing.
Yes, if a guide is listed with availability on that property. Add them during booking, and the guide will contact you to arrange timing, meeting place, expectations and gear. Guides bring local knowledge, but success isn't guaranteed. Infinite Outdoors is not an outfitter; guide services are arranged with the guide.
After booking your adventure, you can view your booked adventure under your profile page. From here, select your adventure and you may invite a member by adding their name and email address.
To accept an invitation from the website, go to your profile page then navigate to the 'Your Adventures' tab, click the adventure then accept the invitation when prompted.
Everyone who attends an Infinite Outdoors hunting or fishing trip must have an active subscription and must fill out the Hunting and Fishing application (with the exception of children 12 and under).
To get started from desktop, go to the sign up page and create an account. Then enter your payment method to start your subscription. Once you pay for the subscription you will be directed to your profile page. From there, click Complete Membership Application on the sidebar and fill out the application form (you'll only need to do this once then your information will be saved for each hunt).
To get started from your mobile device, download the Infinite Outdoors app, create an account and enter your payment information, then navigate to the Profile tab and select 'Complete Hunting and Fishing Application'.
Once you have created an account and completed the hunting and fishing application, you can accept invitations. On mobile, go to the Adventures tab to view and manage your invitations. On desktop, select the Your Adventures tab from the profile page.
After accepting an invitation, you will have the option to update payment information so that the Party Leader is not charged for your outdoorsman fee. Click on the dropdown arrow next to your name then select 'The user will pay for their own outdoorsman fee'.
As of October 2026, listings cover elk (67), deer (173), pronghorn (111), turkey (79), waterfowl (97), dove (58), varmints (39) and pheasant (19), plus 85 fishing listings. Use the Game filter on the property map to see what's open on your dates.
Yes. As of October 2026, Infinite Outdoors lists 38 private elk properties in Colorado and 25 in Wyoming, hunted self-guided with no lease. Across all elk listings, the median reservation fee plus one hunter's outdoorsman fee was about $2,350. You still need a state elk license, and many units require a draw.
Yes. Wyoming is Infinite Outdoors' deepest pronghorn state, with 65 listings as of October 2026, plus 42 in Colorado. Many pronghorn hunts are booked as multi-day hunts, and the median reservation fee plus one hunter's outdoorsman fee is about $1,000. You need a Wyoming or Colorado pronghorn license, which often requires a draw.
Yes. As of October 2026, deer listings span 18 states. They include whitetail country such as Nebraska (13), Kansas (12), South Dakota (10), Oklahoma (9), Texas (7), Minnesota (6) and South Carolina (5). Colorado (50) and Wyoming (39) have both mule deer and whitetail. Each listing's game and habitat section says which deer are present.
Yes. You may rebook any property as long as dates are available. You will need to rebook on the app or website and will be charged the same amount as your first hunt.
Yes. There are several archery only properties for whitetail deer, turkey, elk and other big game properties. The property description and title will identify if it is archery only.
Yes. As of October 2026 there are 97 waterfowl listings, most of them in Colorado (50) and Wyoming (38), with other states across the country. Many properties have pits, layout fields or blinds named in the listing. One hunter's reservation fee plus outdoorsman fee runs $85–$184 a day, with a median of about $130.
Yes. As of October 2026 there are 79 turkey, 19 pheasant and 58 dove listings. The median reservation fee plus one hunter's outdoorsman fee was about $275 for turkey, $140 for pheasant and $80 for dove. Turkey listings are spread across Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, Kansas and other states.
Yes. Infinite Outdoors' RareWaters program gives Access+ members day access to more than 100 miles of private rivers, streams and ponds, with no guide required. As of October 2026 there are 85 fishing listings, 51 of them in Colorado.
The 2027 Unlimited Fishing Pass covers reservation and outdoorsman fees at 85 fishing destinations from January 1 to December 31, 2027, and includes Access+. You can hold up to six reserved days at a time, and a few premium waters cap visits per year. Guests pay the property's outdoorsman fee. The pass is non-refundable and non-transferable but can be purchased as a gift.
Search the property map around your city and filter by species and date. In Colorado, many waterfowl, dove and fishing listings sit within a short drive of the Front Range cities, for example near Evans, Kersey and Sterling in northeast Colorado. The app will show you your location or you can filter by state, city etc.
No. With an Access+ membership you can pay the daily rate on any fishing listing. Frequent anglers can instead buy a season pass or a 4-Day Pass, which cover fees for the days they include. You may also start a 7 day free trial of Access+ and reserve a trip within that 7 day window.
Landlocked public land is public ground completely surrounded by private property, so there's no legal way in without crossing private land. The Theodore Roosevelt Conservation Partnership estimated 9.52 million acres of landlocked federal land across 13 Western states, including about 3 million acres in Wyoming and 269,000 in Colorado. Infinite Outdoors' Access Granted program opens reserved routes to some of it.
Access Granted is Infinite Outdoors' program for reaching landlocked or hard-to-access public land. Infinite Outdoors pays participating landowners for legal crossing rights, and members reserve a spot on an Access Granted listing with an Access membership (no paid membership). Follow the route on your adventure map to the public parcel. Landowners set the number of allowed reservations per day and available days. You can hunt or fish on the landlocked parcel under state rules, but not on the private land you cross.
Only with the landowner's permission. Access Granted routes are agreed with the landowner, so your reservation is your permission to cross on the marked route during your reserved time. Stay on the route, park where the map shows, and don't drive past the designated parking area. Leaving the route, or crossing without a reservation, is trespassing.
As of October 2026 there are 12 Access Granted listings: seven in Colorado, four in Wyoming and one in Montana. Infinite Outdoors reports more than 50,000 acres unlocked with more coming in 2027.
Sponsors and Access+ members. Sponsors cover the program's costs, and Access+ dues help fund new routes. That's why Access members can reserve Access Granted routes without paying a fee.
Access is limited by a "reservation-per-day" quota, which varies depending on the property and the available access. Each reservation allows you to bring one guest. For larger groups, additional reservations can be made by other members.
Parking information is provided on your personalized adventure map, available after you make your reservation. You can access the map through the "Adventure" tab in your app or as a specific Adventure layer in the map tool selector. Maps are downloaded automatically for offline use. Be sure to select your state and the public land map layer to see where public land is located.
Driving access varies by property. For most Access Granted locations, you will be directed through private land to a designated parking area. From there, access is typically walk-in only, or by bike/stock animals if allowed by local regulations. Some locations may have roads near public land, but if the map specifies, you are not permitted to drive beyond the designated parking area, as doing so would be considered trespassing.
Yes, you can bring guests, but they must be invited via your reservation page. They will need to have a valid Access membership and must accept the invitation through the app. Guests 12 and under do NOT need Access memberships and may attend any booked reservation with an adult chaperone.
Your adventure map will guide you to the public land and indicate any landowner rules or regulations you need to follow when traversing private property to reach the public access point. You can also use the app's free public land data layers to understand the boundaries of public land.
After booking, you can find the property maps in the "Adventure" tab of your app or as a dedicated map layer within the app's map tool section.
Gate codes will be provided in your Adventure tab under your specific reservation. In some cases, the codes will also be sent via email upon booking. Be sure to use a valid email address when creating your membership and check all inboxes for the code.

Staff biologists help listed landowners plan habitat improvements, restoration and fisheries management, and harvest reports from every hunt feed next season's quotas. Infinite Outdoors partners with conservation groups including the Mule Deer Foundation and Colorado Youth Outdoors, and Access+ dues help fund new Access Granted routes to landlocked public land.
Yes. Every property is vetted by Infinite Outdoors staff biologists before it's listed, and not every property is approved. The team speaks with every landowner and, in many cases, visits the property. Listings carry property details, harvest photos and, where available, game-camera photos, and harvest quotas are set and enforced on each property to prevent overuse. Vetting reduces risk but can't guarantee game or a harvest.
The property needs to hold the game in a quantity that would allow for a successful hunt. Other factors including habitat quality, cover, water and food availability are also considered.
Staff biologists recommend a harvest quota for each property based on its habitat and game, and landowners apply it through how many hunters and days they open. Members must file a harvest report within two weeks of every hunt, successful or not, and Infinite Outdoors uses those reports to adjust the next season's quotas.
Rest days are set up for waterfowl, fishing, and small game to replace harvest quotas. Rest days are automatically integrated into the calendar to limit properties from being overused. The goal is better hunting or fishing for every member who books.
Infinite Outdoors partners with the Mule Deer Foundation, which helps its landowners improve mule deer habitat, with Colorado Youth Outdoors, which brings young hunters, anglers and families onto its properties to learn about conservation, and with waterfowl organizations like Delta Waterfowl and Ducks Unlimited to support waterfowl conservation across the country.
Properties must meet our standards in order to be listed. If they somehow move out of our requirements they will be evaluated to see how the landowner can adapt to improve habitat and if no options are available it will be removed from the platform.
Every listing caps access. Exclusive properties are booked by one group at a time, community properties carry a member limit, and fishing water is capped at a set number of anglers per day (typically no more than four per mile). Landowners apply harvest quotas recommended by staff biologists and rest properties by limiting days per week or blocking off weeks. Every member files a harvest report after each hunt where applicable, and those reports shape next season's quotas.
Yes, for the majority of our properties. Exclusive-access properties: your group has the property to itself for your booked dates unless the listing says otherwise. Community properties: several members may be booked at the same time. Fishing properties: access is capped by anglers per day, typically no more than four anglers per mile, so expect to share the water. Landowners, ranch staff and farm work may also be present.
This varies depending on the type of property, the species available, and the harvest reports. Some big game properties may have 1 hunter per year and some waterfowl properties may be booked up to 3 times per week.
Not as a single success rate. To judge a property, read recent member reviews and the game and habitat section, and with Access Pro, check trail-camera photos. Infinite Outdoors collects a harvest report after every hunt to set quotas. Success always depends on season, weather, tags and skill.
No. Infinite Outdoors provides access to vetted private land, but success is never guaranteed. Outcomes depend on weather, season timing, animal movement and your own skill, and there are no refunds for weather or lack of game. What Infinite Outdoors controls: biologist review, harvest quotas, rest days, and support if a listing doesn't match the property.
Landowners and the Infinite Outdoors team write listing descriptions. Staff biologists review the property before it's listed, and member reviews show on each listing. If a listing materially misrepresents the property, contact support@infiniteoutdoorsusa.com.
Start with the guest limit, acreage, hunt length and hunting unit. Read the landowner's notes, the game and habitat section, and recent member reviews, which say the most about pressure and access. Yes. Infinite Outdoors, Inc. has run its private-land access platform since 2020 from Casper, Wyoming. More than 30,000 members have booked trips and left 500+ five-star reviews, and listings show their member reviews. Support is reachable at support@infiniteoutdoorsusa.com.
Every member creates an account, completes a hunting and fishing application before their first trip, and agrees to the Member Rules in the Terms of Service. Infinite Outdoors vets every member before they can book.
Policies vary by adventure type, and each listing shows its own. Reservation and membership fees are non-refundable in all cases. Waterfowl, fishing and other small game: cancel more than 48 hours ahead and you won't be charged the outdoorsman fee; inside 48 hours all fees apply, though Infinite Outdoors will try to reschedule with the landowner. Turkey: cancel more than 7 days ahead. Big game: cancellations before the deposit are handled with no penalty; after the deposit, Infinite Outdoors will try to reschedule for a future season, but refunds aren't guaranteed.
There are no refunds for weather. If conditions force you to cancel, email support@infiniteoutdoorsusa.com before your trip; in appropriate cases Infinite Outdoors may let you rebook the same property for a future date. Cancel outside the listing's cancellation window to avoid paying the outdoorsman fee.
Contact support@infiniteoutdoorsusa.com in any of these cases: the landowner denies access you booked, the listing materially misrepresents the property, or fire or another catastrophe hits just before or during your trip. Infinite Outdoors may issue a refund at its discretion. There are no refunds for weather, lack of game or other conditions outside Infinite Outdoors' control.
Infinite Outdoors or the landowner do not insure you. Every outdoorsman accessing private property does so at their own risk and fully indemnifies Infinite Outdoors and the landowners from liability and any claims. Before booking, every member accepts the Terms of Service, which include an assumption of risk and an indemnity, and completes a hunting and fishing application before the first trip. Infinite Outdoors is not an insurer, outfitter or guide, so check your own health and liability coverage before you go. Some landowners may have additional liability waivers that require electronic consent before booking and accessing the property.
Follow the listing's rules, stay inside its boundaries and arrive only on your booked dates. Carry a valid license and tag, hunt only in legal seasons and shooting hours, take ethical shots, pick up any trash, and make every effort to recover wounded game. Guests must accept an in-app invitation before arriving. Breaking the rules means removal without refund and possible trespass charges.

Yes. The Infinite Outdoors app for iPhone and Android lets you manage your membership, book adventures, accept invitations, check in, and view property maps with boundaries, parking and landowner rules. Maps and property details download for use with no cell signal. The app is also your permission slip if approached by landowners or state representatives. The app is required prior to any trip.
Yes, the app is required. Your downloaded map and current adventure in the app are your proof of permission, so you don't need separate written permission; be ready to show it on request. Open your adventure before you arrive, especially where cell service is limited, so maps and instructions are downloaded. Keep the app with you for the whole visit.
When you arrive, a Check-In button appears in the app once you're near the property. Tap it at the start of each visit. Check-in confirms you arrived; a reservation without one can be treated as a no-show, and no-show fees may apply.
Every member gets ownership layers for public ground in all 50 states. Access+ adds private-land layers and 3D terrain on private ground. Booked properties appear as their own map layer with boundaries, parking and access points.
Yes. Listings explain the terrain, game and access rules and link to state license and draw information, and some offer an optional local guide. Youth discounts apply (see youth discounts), and minors must hunt with a parent or guardian.
Yes. Children 12 and under can join an adult's booking without a membership. Youth 13–17 get 50% off outdoorsman fees on fishing and small-game properties (not turkey or big game), but anyone 13 or older on the property needs a paid Access+ membership. Minors must be with a parent or legal guardian, and every hunter needs whatever license and hunter education the state requires.
Not directly on Infinite Outdoors however we work closely with Colorado Youth Outdoors (CYO). CYO brings young hunters, anglers and families onto Infinite Outdoors properties. Reach out to them directly for opportunities.
A waterfowl, dove or fishing day is a simple start: the location is set (often a blind, pit or stretch of water), the day is short, and most cost under $200 for one person including the reservation fee. Read the listing notes for what to bring.
There's no fee to list. When members book, they pay a reservation fee and a per-person outdoorsman fee, and you receive the majority of those fees for every visitor. You keep your own hunting and fishing rights.
Full control. You choose which days and how many days your property is open, set guest limits and property rules, rest parts of the land, move hunters around and block off areas for farm work. Biologist-recommended harvest quotas and required rest days help prevent overhunting, and every member is vetted before they can book.
Yes. Once your property is registered, Infinite Outdoors biologists evaluate the land and help you plan restoration projects, habitat improvements and fisheries management, with expertise in fisheries, waterfowl and big game. Landowners that are accepted to Infinite Outdoors have a dedicated Infinite Outdoors portal that manages all payments and booking activities. You are paid directly by anyone that accesses your property via our platform.
Every member completes a hunting and fishing application and agrees to the Member Rules before booking, and must check in through the app on arrival. Guests must be invited and accepted in the app before entering, and anyone on the property without a booking is trespassing.
Yes. You keep your hunting and fishing rights when you list. You choose which days members can book, so you can hold days for yourself and your family.
Yes. Through Access Granted, landowners open a route across their land to landlocked public land and set the reservations per day, available days, routes and allowed activities.
Breaking the Member Rules is grounds for immediate removal from the property, cancellation without refund and loss of the account, and Infinite Outdoors may charge violation fees. Infinite Outdoors and the landowner may also involve law enforcement for trespass.
Yes. You choose the areas that you would like people to access. Our team can work with you directly to see what areas would be best for certain species. You are not required to open your entire property for access.
