There's no fee to list your property. And once you've registered your property, our team is available to help at any point in the process. Note: not all properties are approved to be listed on our platform. Our biologists evaluate every property to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Once you've registered your property, our biologists will evaluate your land and help put a plan in place for restoration projects, habitat improvements, and fisheries management. With expertise in fisheries, waterfowl, and big game, our goal is to create the best wildlife habitats and help your property reach its full potential.

We have embedded legal work, and we carefully vet every individual before they can become a Member. In addition, we maintain millions in liability insurance, cybersecurity measures, and a comprehensive management insurance policy, ensuring protection at every level of our operations.
Healthier game populations
In addition to creating the best wildlife habitats, we ensure healthy game populations and control harvest quotas by requiring rest days for all our properties. By limiting the days per week or blocking off weeks altogether, we can collectively make the hunting or fishing on any given property better for everyone.
Tap into recreational income
You can expect to make 2 to 5 times more income than if you were to do a traditional land lease. You get paid for every person who visits your property, every time. When members book your property, they pay a reservation fee and a per-person outdoorsman fee. And you receive the majority of these fees.
Greater control over your property
Our platform allows you to choose when and how many days your property is available to reserve. You have the ability to rest certain areas of your land, move hunters around, and block off areas for agriculture operations. You set the rules and regulations for your property. And you don't lose your hunting or fishing rights when you list with us.
