Welcome to Infinite Outdoors! This Privacy Policy is part of and governed by our Terms of Service and explains how we at Infinite Outdoors, Inc. (“Infinite,” “we,” or “us”) treat the information we collect when you visit or use infiniteoutdoorsusa.com and/or our mobile application and related websites and applications (collectively, our “Site”) or by using the Infinite Services or otherwise interacting with us or using our products or services in any manner. Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy have the definitions given in the Terms of Service.

By accessing the Site, you agree to comply with the Terms of Service and all documents incorporated therein by reference, which includes without limitation, this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Service, and the Member Rules (collectively, the “Agreement”). We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If you visit the Site or use our other Services after an update is posted, Infinite will interpret that as your acceptance of those updates.

OUTDOOR RECREATION IN THE UNITED STATES & CANADA. Infinite connects its Members with outdoor recreation properties in the United States and Canada. If you visit the Site or use the Infinite Services from outside the United States or Canada, you do so at your own risk and agree to be subject to the laws applicable to our Services offered in the United States and Canada.

LET’S DEFINE PERSONAL INFORMATION. As used in this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” means any information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household. Personal Information is typically discussed in categories, for example:

• Identifiers (e.g., name, email, telephone number, address, username);
• Sensitive Personal Information (e.g., government identification number; precise geolocation; racial or ethnic origin; religious beliefs; health information; contents of messages when we are not the recipient; in some cases, information about a known child);
• Legally protected information (e.g., race, citizenship, marital status, sex);
• Employment-related information (e.g., current or past employment);
• Non-public educational information, including information protected under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (20 U.S.C. § 1232g, 34 C.F.R. Part 99);
• Biometrics (e.g., DNA, face/voice prints, health data) and audio, electronic, visual, thermal, or olfactory information;
• Commercial information (e.g., products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies);
• Internet or other similar activity (e.g., browsing history; content interactions); and
• Inferences drawn from Personal Information to create a profile about preferences, characteristics, trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, and aptitudes.

Not all information about you is considered Personal Information for legal purposes. Information that may be exempt from protection under privacy laws includes publicly available information; aggregated information (meaning data summaries or reports with Personal Information removed); and anonymized information that cannot be linked back to an individual.  

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT. Infinite only collects, uses, retains, and discloses Personal Information as reasonable, necessary, and proportionate to provide you with the Infinite Services, or we might use it in other compatible ways that we tell you about first. We collect and process Personal Information about Site visitors (“Visitors”), recreational landowners registered to make Trips on their property available (“Owners”), outfitters and guides who use the Site or Infinite Services (“Guides”), and other Visitors who register for an Account (“Members”).  

During the last 12 months, we have collected identifiers, sensitive personal information, internet activity, and commercial history as follows:

• Member Account Information: If you register to use our Services as a Member, Guide, or Owner, we will collect identifiers like your name, address, email address, location, phone number, Log-in Credentials, and other details you include on your account (“Account Information”). When you book a Reservation, we collect the last four digits of your driver’s license number as well as your Reservation Information (e.g., dates, number of guests on your Reservation and their names, registration information for the vehicle that will be used on the property). We may verify your Account Information as needed to provide you with certain features and membership access tiers. If you provide us with Personal Information about another individual, (for example, others in your party who will access the Property with you or if you are a Guide bringing a Client to the Property), you represent and warrant that you have permission to submit that Personal Information to Infinite. We collect this information with your consent, and we use it to facilitate your Reservation and other use of our Services and to contact you about your reservation.
• Location Data: You must use Infinite’s mobile application to access a Property for which you have a Reservation. The mobile application will collect your precise geolocation while you are present on the Property, which can be analyzed to generate a time stamped path of travel during your Trip. Infinite only uses this data to confirm that you access and use approved sections of the Property and your compliance with the terms and conditions applicable to your Trip. BY ACCESSING THE PROPERTY, YOU CONSENT TO INFINITE COLLECTING AND PROCESSING YOUR PRECISE GEOLOCATION VIA THE APPLICATION FOR THESE PURPOSES.
• Camera Data: Owners may place conservation cameras on their Property to capture images of game and recreational activity taking place on the Property, as well as telemetry and related data (“Camera Data”). Conservation camera placement is subject to Infinite’s Camera Imaging Acceptable Use Policy. Camera Data is used to ensure that Members use the Property in compliance with all rules and terms and for conservation, management, and related purposes.

If you access Property through the Infinite Services as a Member, a Client of a Member, or otherwise, your image (video or still) may be captured as Camera Data. BY ENTERING THE PROPERTY, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU HAVE NO REASONABLE EXPECTATION OF PRIVACY WITH RESPECT TO YOUR IMAGE, LIKENESS, OR MOVEMENT CAPTURED BY CONSERVATION CAMERAS OR THE TRACKING OF YOUR LOCATION OR MOVEMENTS WHILE YOU ARE PRESENT ON THE PROPERTY. Please report any suspected violation of the Camera Imaging Acceptable Use Policy to support@infiniteoutdoorsusa.com.

• Mobile Phone Number: We collect your mobile phone number when you sign up for our SMS updates. If you sign up for SMS updates, you may receive Trip related reminders, service notifications, or other alerts related to your Infinite Outdoors membership. We will not use your mobile phone number to send you marketing SMS messages without your prior consent. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers with third parties for general marketing purposes. 
• Your Searches: When you search for Trips, we will collect the words you include in your search query and process them through an AI-enhanced search engine. Any information you input as part of your query will be processed through our search feature and accessible simultaneously and in real-time by our third-party AI service provider. Our search feature is not designed to process Personal Information. Do not include Personal Information in your search query.
• Your Inquiries: If you contact Infinite to ask about our Infinite Services, signup for our newsletter, request support, or for any other purpose, we will collect Personal Information from you like your name, email address and other contact information as needed to provide you with the information you request. We collect this information with your consent, and we use it for the purposes stated at the time of collection, to provide you with the Infinite Services, and to communicate with you or send you marketing communications.
• Access Granted Initiative: For Access Membership users participating in the Access Granted Initiative, Infinite may disclose your name and email address to select industry partners who help support the Access Granted program. This enables us to offer you free or discounted access to Properties as part of your membership benefits. If you prefer that your contact details are not disclosed, you may choose to upgrade to our Access + Membership or Access Pro Membership tier, which allows for full Access Granted benefits without data sharing.

Please note that the Access Membership tier may be considered a financial incentive under California and other state privacy laws because we provide a benefit in exchange for collecting and retaining your Personal Information.

• AI Agents and Communication: Infinite uses artificial intelligence (AI) systems and virtual agents provided by third-party vendors to facilitate communications across voice, text, email, and chat. These tools may record, transcribe, analyze, or generate responses during your interactions, including phone calls and online chats. These AI systems may also access limited Account Information or Reservation data to carry out their functions. By using the Infinite Services, you consent to your interactions being processed by these technologies. If you do not consent, you should not interact with the Infinite Services and should delete your Account. These systems may operate with or without human oversight.
• Your Payments: All payments are processed through a secure Third-Party Payment Gateway. Infinite does not collect or process any payment information. We do not store, copy, or use any payment information. We are not liable for any data or security breach, or compromised personal or Payment Information that is caused, directly or indirectly, by the Third-Party Payment Gateway.
• Social Media Features: Our Site may include Social Media Features, such as the Facebook Like button and Widgets, such as the “Share This” button or interactive mini-programs that run on our Site. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our Site, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. This Privacy Policy does not apply to these features. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy and other policies of the companies providing them.
• Chats: The Infinite Services may offer chat or chatbot features to facilitate your reservation, scheduling, or use of third-party services (such as Add a Guide). These features are made available by our relationships with third-party service providers, and your interactions with these features are governed by the policies of the companies providing them. Also, your chats, calls, DM’s or texts may be handled in real-time by third-party AI systems. These systems may generate responses or take action based on your inputs with or without human intervention. Do not use chat or voice services if you do not consent to this processing. By initiating or continuing a chat on the Infinite Services, you consent to our third-party service provider accessing your chat content. If you do not consent to such access to your chats, you should not initiate or participate in a chat on our Services.
• Site Visits: Infinite may automatically collect technical information, which may include some Personal Information, from your use of the Site or other Infinite Services, such as: (a) device information (e.g., IP address, operating system, browser type, device ID, mobile network information); (b) usage details (e.g., traffic data, search queries, content interactions); and (c) stored information (e.g., metadata). We collect this information to achieve our legitimate interest of providing and improving the Infinite Services. We may also use this information to deliver targeted advertising.
• Cookies: Infinite uses cookies, pixels, and related technologies to analyze user trends, remember a Visitor from one session to the next, and enable certain features to function. More specifically, Infinite uses:

Google Ads cookies to personalize your experience, deliver ads, as well as for security and functionality.

Stripe cookies for payment processing.

Sendinblue for targeting, performance, and functional cookies.

PostHog to understand how visitors interact with our website, including session replays to emulate customer accounts and troubleshoot bugs on the website.

Meta pixel to measure the performance of various parts of the site and for targeting ads.

Each cookie provider’s privacy notices and options to control processing by those cookies are available through the links embedded above. Alternatively, you can control how cookies interact with your device by adjusting your browser settings to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent to your device. If you block cookies, some parts of the website may not function properly.

In addition to the specific uses above, we might also use your Personal Information to (a) provide the Infinite Services and personalize your experience; (b) send you support and administrative messages; (c) monitor your compliance with any of your agreements with us; (d) protect your privacy and enforce this Privacy Policy; (e) identify, contact, or bring legal action against persons or entities who may be causing injury to you, to us, or to others if we believe it is necessary; (f) comply with a law, regulation, legal process or court order; or (g) fulfill any other purpose to which you consent.

We will not collect additional categories of Personal Information or use already collected Personal Information for purposes that are materially different, unrelated, or not reasonably necessary or compatible with the original purpose without notice and consent to you as required by law. We will update this Privacy Policy or otherwise notify you and obtain your consent where required under applicable law before we collect additional categories of Personal Information or use your Personal Information for purposes that are incompatible with the purpose stated at the time of collection.

PUBLIC FORUMS. We may offer publicly accessible message boards, blogs, or community forums. The Site may also post or repost reviews about our Services. Please keep in mind that any information you include in content you post to a public forum or review may be collected and used by others. You can request the correction or deletion of information you have posted on the Site (subject to the Terms of Service and Applicable Law) by following the instructions provided in the “Your Privacy Controls” section below.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY. Infinite designed the Infinite Services for adults, not for minor children. However, a parent or legal guardian may provide Infinite with Personal Information about their minor child or may consent to their child’s use of the Infinite Services. Parents and guardians are always responsible for their child’s use of the Infinite Services in compliance with our Terms of Service and Applicable Laws. Any Personal Information about your minor child that is submitted to Infinite will be treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Minor children should not attempt to use the Infinite Services or provide any Personal Information to Infinite without parent or legal guardian consent. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a minor child without parent or guardian consent as required by Applicable Law, we will delete that information. Please contact support@infiniteoutdoorsusa.com if you have questions or concerns.

PERSONAL INFORMATION RETENTION. We will retain your Personal Information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. For example:

• We retain Personal Information associated with your Account while your Account remains active, unless you change or delete it.
• If you opt in to receive marketing communications, we may retain details about your marketing preferences for a reasonable period from the date you last opened our email or otherwise expressed interest in the Infinite Services.
• We retain cookie data for as little as a few seconds or up to twenty-four (24) months, depending on the cookie function. Other types of data are retained and disposed of according to our company policies.

We reserve the right to retain Personal Information for longer periods if we determine it is necessary to comply with our legal or contractual obligations or if the data may be the subject of a legal claim or may otherwise be relevant for future litigation. We securely delete data at the end of the applicable retention period.

DISCLOSING PERSONAL INFORMATION. Infinite will only disclose Personal Information to third parties described below, otherwise with your permission, or as required by Applicable Law. In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have disclosed the Personal Information we collected to:

• Owners: When a Member makes a Reservation to use a Property, the Owner will receive a notice of the Reservation that includes the Member’s last name. In some cases, Infinite may disclose additional Member Personal Information to the Owner. Infinite takes care to minimize the Member Personal Information it discloses only to what is necessary for the Owner to facilitate the Member’s Trip.
• Access Granted Properties and Industry Partners: Access Granted Properties are made possible by fundraising efforts with key industry partners and paid memberships to compensate the Owners granting access to adjacent recreational properties. Access Members consent to Infinite disclosing their contact details (e.g., name and email address) to our fundraising industry partners in exchange for Infinite providing the Access Membership free of charge. You may opt out of future disclosures and the Access Membership at any time. Alternatively, Access + Membership and Access Pro Membership allow you to reserve Access Granted Trips without permitting disclosure of your contact details to Infinite’s industry partners. Contact support@infiniteoutdoorsusa.com if you have questions.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Privacy Policy, your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent are never shared, sold, or disclosed to Access Granted industry partners, fundraising partners, or any other third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Any data shared with industry partners under the Access Granted program is limited to your name and email address only.

• Other Members: Members with Access Pro subscriptions gain access to Camera Data for specific Properties. If you access a Property through the Infinite Services, it is possible that you will appear on Camera Data that is accessible by certain other Members. Use of Camera Data by Members is subject to Infinite’s Camera Imaging Acceptable Use Policy. Please report any suspected violation of the Camera Imaging Acceptable Use Policy to support@infiniteoutdoorsusa.com.
• Outfitters & Guides: You must hold an outfitter license or be affiliated with a licensed outfitter in your jurisdiction to register as a Guide. If you attempt to register as a Guide without an outfitter license and unaffiliated with a licensed outfitter, Infinite may make your contact information available to Infinite’s network of approved Guides to connect you with a registered Guide to provide Guide services via the Site affiliated with such Guide’s outfitter license. You can contact support@infiniteoutdoorsusa.com to opt out of your contact information being disclosed to Guides.
• Our Service Providers: Service providers like our payment processors, website host, and email provider may have access to Personal Information as needed to perform their contractual obligations to us. Our service providers may include AI-based communications platforms or call/text agents that process user content, booking data, or service preferences to facilitate our operations. We prohibit our service providers from selling or disclosing the Personal Information we provide, and we require all service providers to maintain confidentiality standards and appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of your Personal Information.
• Conservation Camera Service Provider: Infinite works with a service provider to support the installation and maintenance of conservation cameras on certain Properties. This service provider processes Camera Data on behalf of Infinite, including Member (or Client) images if captured as Camera Data. In addition to the standards and requirements we impose on all of our service providers, our conservation camera service provider is only permitted to process Camera Data as instructed by Infinite and in compliance with our Camera Imaging Acceptable Use Policy, which includes standards designed to prevent sensitive or harmful images from being displayed on the Infinite Services or disclosed to others.
• Third Parties: Under specific circumstances, for example: if we go through a business transition (e.g., merger, acquisition, or sale of a portion of our assets); to comply with a legal requirement or a court order; when we believe it is appropriate in order to take action regarding illegal activities or prevent fraud or harm to any person; to exercise or defend our legal claims; or for any other reason with your consent.
• Government Agencies: Infinite may disclose certain Personal Information to law enforcement, the courts, or other governmental agencies as required by Applicable Law and/or for violation of any Member Rules.
• Aggregated and Deidentified Information: We reserve the right to share aggregated, anonymized, or deidentified information about any individuals with nonaffiliated entities for marketing, advertising, research or other purposes, without restriction.

DATA SECURITY. We work hard to protect your Personal Information. Infinite has implemented and maintains reasonable security measures to secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Even so, submission of information over the Internet is never entirely secure. We cannot and do not expressly or impliedly guarantee the security of information you submit via the Infinite Services while it is in transit over the Internet, and any such submission is at your own risk. You are responsible for keeping your device access and login information confidential. You are also encouraged to install anti-virus and anti-malware software on your devices and keep all software updated to avoid security risks.

YOUR PRIVACY CONTROLS. Infinite designed the Infinite Services so that you can directly control the Personal Information we have collected about you. Your privacy controls include:

• Your Account: You have the option to access, correct or update, or delete certain Personal Information through your Account settings. If you require assistance, please contact us at support@infiniteoutdoorsusa.com.
• Disclosures to Industry Partners: Access Members consent to disclosure of their contact details to our industry partners. To opt out of disclosures going forward, cancel your Access Membership tier. You can still reserve Access Granted Trips by joining the paid Access + Membership or Access Pro Membership tier. Contact support@infiniteoutdoorsusa.com with any questions.
• Newsletters and Emails: If you opt-in to our newsletter or marketing communications, you can opt-out at any time by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. Note that you cannot opt out of receiving transactional emails related to your Account or Reservation(s).
• Texting: By providing your wireless phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Infinite related to our services, including Trip updates, Reservation confirmations, and marketing communications. MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan.

Messages are recurring, and message frequency varies depending on your interaction with our services. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP or CANCEL to any text message, emailing support@infiniteoutdoorsusa.com, or calling our customer support line at (307) 456-4868. After unsubscribing, you will receive a final confirmation text, and we will remove your number from our list within 24 hours.

For additional assistance, text HELP, and you will receive a response with our customer support contact information.

• Public Forums & Reviews: You can request the correction or deletion of information you have posted to the Site by contacting support@infiniteoutdoorsusa.com. Reviews posted to the Site cannot be deleted, but you can request that only your first name and last initial are displayed in connection with your Review.
• Disclosures to Access Granted Partners: For Access Members, Infinite may disclose your name and email address to select industry partners who help support the Access Granted program. This enables us to offer you free or discounted access to Access Granted Properties as part of your Access Member membership benefits. This data sharing is limited strictly to Access Members and only with identified program partners, as disclosed upon enrollment and updated from time to time by Infinite notifying you and/or positing an updated program partner list. YOUR USE OF THE INFINITE SERVICES AS AN ACCESS MEMBER IS YOUR OPT-IN TO THIS DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION UNLESS AND UNTIL YOU OPT OUT.

To opt out of these disclosures, upgrade your Access Membership to the Access + Membership or Access Pro Membership tier, each of which provide full Access Granted benefits without data sharing.

• Opt-Out of Online Ads: Infinite may engage certain marketing services that may track and match your online activity to create profiles and serve you targeted ads. This processing may qualify as “sharing” or “profiling” of your Personal Information under certain privacy laws. To prevent processing for interested based ads:

• Reject or opt out of all Non-Essential Cookies through your browser settings, a cookie consent mechanism (where offered), or by installing a third-party cookie plugin.
• Disable cookies in your web browser and mobile devices.
• Change your device settings and selecting “Limit Ad Tracking” (for iOS devices) or “Opt-Out of Interest-Based Ads” (for Android devices).

• Device Settings: You can control the data we collect through cookies and related technologies by adjusting your device settings or your cookie preferences on the Site.
• Do Not Track: Do Not Track signals are signals sent through a browser informing us that you do not want to be tracked. Currently, our systems do not recognize browser “do-not-track” requests.
• Automated Communications and Decision-Making: If you wish to opt out of AI-generated communications or ADM used in our Services, you must terminate your Account. Contact support@infiniteoutdoorsusa.com for assistance.
• Exercise of Privacy Rights: Depending on where you live, you may have privacy rights that apply to your use of the Infinite Services. See NOTICE OF PRIVACY RIGHTS (below) for details. Please send any privacy inquiries, concerns, or complaints to support@infiniteoutdoorsusa.com.  Infinite will respond to your inquiries as required by Applicable Law. Infinite can only assist with or fulfill a privacy request when we have sufficient information to verify that the requester is the person or an authorized representative of the person about whom we have collected Personal Information, and to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to the request. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to a verifiable request unless we have legal grounds to do so. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request. We endeavor to respond to privacy requests in accordance with the requirements of the law applicable to your jurisdiction.

NOTICE OF PRIVACY RIGHTS. This section provides notices of privacy rights that may be available to you depending on where you live. Infinite is based in the United States, and the Infinite Services are marketed in the United States and Canada only. In the United States, the states of California, Colorado, Iowa, Montana, Nevada, Nebraska, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and several other states have enacted comprehensive consumer privacy laws applicable to residents of those states. Likewise, Canada has federal and certain provincial privacy laws in place. However, not all privacy laws apply to Infinite or our business activities, in which case this notice is provided as a courtesy. Infinite will comply with consumer privacy laws as applicable to our business activities and members, subject to exceptions or limitations.

• Right to Know: You have the right to know how we collect, use, and distribute the Personal Information we process. We have set the required notices in this Privacy Policy. We may provide you with notices about other ways we process your Personal Information, such as by sending you a notice via email or by other means of communication.
• Right to Expect: You can expect us to collect, use, or disclose Personal Information responsibly and not for any other purpose than as described in this Privacy Policy or otherwise consented by you. We set your expectations in this Privacy Policy and collect express or implied consent at various stages of collection or processing. If we collect or use your Personal Information based on your consent, we will also notify you of any changes and will request your further consent as needed. You may withdraw your consent at any time with reasonable notice by contacting us at support@infiniteoutdoorsusa.com. Please note that, in some cases, withdrawing your consent may make it impossible for us to provide you with certain aspects of the Infinite Services.
• Right to Correct: You may have the right to request that we correct inaccurate Personal Information about you on our systems. If you become aware that the Personal Information that we hold about you is incorrect, or if your information changes, please inform us and we will update our records.
• Right to Access: You may have the right to request confirmation that we have collected Personal Information about you and that we provide you with access to that Personal Information. If you submit an access request, we will provide you with copies of the requested pieces of Personal Information in a portable and readily usable format. Please note that we may be prohibited by law from disclosing certain pieces of Personal Information, and we may be limited in the number or frequency of requests we must fulfill.  
• Right to Deletion: You may have the right to request that we delete your Personal Information that we collected and retained, with certain exceptions. We may permanently delete, de-identify, or aggregate the Personal Information in response to a request for deletion. Please note that, in some cases, deleting your Personal Information on file with us may make it impossible for us to provide you with certain aspects of the Infinite Services.
• Right to Disclosure: You may request that we disclose information to you about our collection and use of your Personal Information, such as: (a) the categories of Personal Information we have collected about you; (b) the categories of sources for the Personal Information we have collected about you; (c) our business purpose for collecting, using, processing, sharing or selling that Personal Information, as applicable; (d) the categories of third parties with whom we share that Personal Information; and (e) if we “sold” or “shared” your Personal Information under certain laws, two separate lists stating: (i) sales or sharing, identifying the Personal Information categories that each category of recipient purchased; and (ii) disclosures for a business purpose, identifying the Personal Information categories that each category of recipient obtained. Certain laws may limit the number or frequency of requests we must fulfill.  
• Opt-Out of Selling and Sharing: Some states entitle consumers to opt-out of the sale or sharing of Personal Information or targeted advertising practices. Infinite does not sell Personal Information or share Personal Information with third parties for cross-contextual behavioral advertising purposes, except as described above in the “Opt-Out of Online Ads” section.
• Sensitive Personal Information: Some states provide a right to opt-out or limit a company’s use of sensitive Personal Information. Please note that the mobile application processes your precise geolocation while you are present on a Property. Due to the remote locations of Properties well-suited for certain outdoor recreation, this data processing is necessary to confirm your access and use of Properties through the Infinite Services complies with all applicable terms, including but not limited to, Member Rules.  Infinite does not otherwise seek to collect sensitive Personal Information about any individual, and in no case do we disclose any sensitive Personal Information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you or otherwise use your sensitive Personal Information without your consent. To avoid your precise geolocation data being processed by Infinite, do not book a Reservation through our Services or attend a Trip. Please contact support@infiniteoutdoorsusa.com with questions.
• No Automatic Decision Making: Infinite uses artificial intelligence and machine learning systems to support various aspects of the Infinite Services, such as routing communications, managing Reservations, or assisting with customer service or operational tasks. These technologies may impact your experience using the Infinite Services, but they will not produce legal or similarly significant effects and therefore are not “Automatic Decision-Making”. Additionally, you can always seek human review and support for your user experience by contacting support@infiniteoutdoorsusa.com.
• No Profiling: Infinite does not use any form of automated processing of Personal Information to evaluate, analyze, or predict your performance, preferences, choices, or behavior. If this changes in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide you with a method to opt out as required by law.
• No Health Data: Infinite does not collect or process any health data. Some state laws entitle consumers to certain details about health data collected about them, including (a) confirmation of whether the entity collects, shares, or sells the consumer’s health data and access that data, including a list of all third parties and affiliates with whom the entity has shared or sold the health data and a method to contact those third parties, (b) a method to withdraw consent related to use of health data, and (c) the right to have their health data be deleted.
• Right to Disclosure. You may have the right to receive details about the collection and use of your Personal Information via the Infinite Services, such as: (a) the categories of Personal Information we have collected about you; (b) the categories of sources for the Personal Information we have collected about you; (c) our business purpose for collecting, using, processing, sharing or selling that Personal Information, as applicable; (d) the categories of third parties with whom we share that Personal Information; and (e) to the extent that we may have sold or shared your Personal Information under the California Consumer Privacy Act, two separate lists stating: (i) sales or sharing, identifying the Personal Information categories that each category of recipient purchased; and (ii) disclosures for a business purpose, identifying the Personal Information categories that each type of recipient received.
• Right to Nondiscrimination: In some cases, your exercise of a privacy right may make it impossible to provide you with certain of the Infinite Services. For example, if you do not use the mobile application, you cannot access the Property because the mobile application’s processing of precise geolocation is strictly necessary to confirm that the Property is accessed as permitted by the Reservation and our terms and rules. However, we will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. For example, unless permitted by Applicable Law we will not: (a) deny you goods or services, charge you different prices, or provide a different quality or service level simply because you exercised a privacy right; (b) retaliate against you as an employee, applicant for employment, or independent contractor for exercising your privacy rights; or (c) suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services, because you exercised a right under applicable privacy laws.
• Right to Disclosure of Marketing Information: California’s Shine the Light Act (Civil Code sections 1798.83-1798.84) entitles California residents to request certain disclosures regarding Personal Information sharing with affiliates and/or third parties for marketing purposes.

USING THE INFINITE SERVICES FROM OUTSIDE THE U.S. OR CANADA. Infinite is a United States company, and we provide the Infinite Services to our Members, Owners, and other Users located in the United States or Canada. If you access the Infinite Services from outside the United States or Canada, please be aware that your Personal Information may be transferred to, processed, stored, and used in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers are located. When your information is moved from your home country to another country, the laws and rules that protect your Personal Information in the country to which your information is transferred may be different from those of the country where you live. For example, if your information is in the United States, it may be accessed by government authorities.

OTHER WEBSITES. This Privacy Policy only applies to Infinite Outdoors and Access Granted, LLC. No website operated by a third party is covered by this Privacy Policy, even websites that may be accessible via a link on our Services. If you click a link on the Infinite Services, you may be redirected to a third-party website with privacy practices that differ from ours. If you submit Personal Information to any third-party websites, your information is governed by the privacy policies of those third parties and Infinite has no control over their privacy practices. You are encouraged to familiarize yourself with the privacy practices of these third parties before submitting your Personal Information.
