Plenty of rolling terrain changes provide animals with loads of spots to hide from the naked eye and give hunters the opportunity to put a stalk on their trophy buck. There are nearby water sources and plenty of room to graze, making this are completely ideal for pronghorn to reside. This is a 3-day hunt, meaning the day that you book is valid for the following 2 as well. No driving on the property is permitted, unless done on pre-existing two tracks or roads.

Bovina Ranch #1 - 3-Day Antelope Hunt

Bovina Ranch #1 is almost 6500 acres of eastern plains, antelope heaven. It is located just south of I-70 in GMU 114. Buck tags in this unit are draw only, and doe tags can be drawn or bought OTC. IO may be able to put you in contact with the landowner for a voucher if you are unable to draw a tag; you would pay this landowner directly for the voucher. Antelope hunts on this property will be sold in 3-day chunks. The day reserved will be valid for the following two as well. This property allows a two-vehicle maximum and will consist of spot and stalk hunting. It is a DIY antelope property, but guided antelope hunts are available at request through a separate company. If a hunter is unable to acquire their own license, IO may be able to provide them with a landowner voucher, directly from the landowner. Cheyenne Wells Deer is a deer hunting property that consists of just over 20,000 acres located in GMU 116. It is multiple plots of land covering a large area, containing mostly pastureland, CRP grasslands, dried creek bottoms and ponds. There is nearby agricultural land for game to feed before they sneak back into the cover provided on this property. All of this allows deer to reside throughout the year. The particular area of 116 this property falls in is home to more mule deer than whitetail, however it is not unlikely to see both species. This is a draw unit for buck tags, though Infinite Outdoors may be able to put you in contact with the landowner for a voucher; you will purchase the voucher directly from this landowner. Deer hunts on this property will be sold in 5-day hunts, for both archery and rifle. The day you book will be valid for the following 4 as well. Lodging is not included, though nearby towns such as Stratton, Burlington, or Cheyenne Wells have available hotels. Infinite Outdoors may be able to provide lodging near Stratton, but that is subject to many blackout dates. Each dove property is split up into roughly 1,000 acre sections. The properties are primarily rotational farm ground with anything from milo, sunflower, wheat, winter wheat, corn, sorghum, millet, and CRP (unless otherwise noted). If the property contains water (stock tanks or natural ponds) it will be noted on the property page. It is possible for the ponds to dry up before the season starts, but typically will dry up mid to end September. The dove hunting is exceptional throughout this area of eastern Colorado every year.

This property is located along the South Platte River, just southwest of the town of Greeley. The southern half of this property is made up of a cottonwood tree line that separates an open field from the sandbars and river. The northern half of the property is loaded with cottonwoods that act as roosting trees. There is thick cover on the north side that birds will use to move up and down the entirety of the river. The landowner reports birds and bird sign regularly. By booking this property, you are booking it for a 2-day hunt. Either Tues/Wed, Wed/Thurs, or Sat/Sun. If a Tuesday or a Wednesday is unavailable on the calendar, then you will need to book another week or weekend. You will need to bring your current Colorado turkey license, calls, waders if you plan to cross the river, and a ground blind if you plan to hunt from one (there are no designated turkey blinds.) You are allowed a maximum of 2 vehicles on this property.

Hell Creek is a deer hunting property located in GMU 109, consisting of just over 8,000 acres. This property will be shared access, you will see other hunters. Purchasing a hunt on this property is for access alone, not exclusivity. This hunt is designed to be more affordable access for people. Think of this as public land hunting on private land. Up to 6 hunters will be allowed at a time. It is divided between multiple separate plots that cover a good percentage of the unit. The land holds plenty of mule deer as well as whitetail. On this property, you will be hunting mostly CRP grass, pastureland, some dried creek bottom, and a good amount of agricultural land. The deer reside in this area year-round, with minimal pressure. Hunts on this property will be sold in 5-day increments, for both rifle and archery seasons. The day you book will be valid for the following 4 as well. This is a spot and stalk property, park on the county roads and walk in. Though the terrain may look completely flat on the map, there are many ways to keep yourselves hidden from game using small hills or rises in the land. Lodging is not included in this hunt, however some nearby towns such as Stratton or Burlington may have hotel availability. The terrain is mountainous and provides mostly dark timber; however, there are multiple meadows and open spaces scattered throughout the property. The land holds water sources and wallows, giving elk in the area reason to stick around. This property is surrounded by both private and publicly inaccessible state land, so game in this part of 461 have ample room to live unpressured. Hunts on this property will be sold in 5-day increments, with your initial day serving as the first of your 5 days hunting. This is a DIY elk hunt, yet guided elk hunt options may be available. There is a spacious blind built from a 40-foot Conex box with a camouflaged roof. Included in the blind is a flat top grill for cooking, a coffee pot, and a generator for power. Hunters are also allowed to use decoys provided in the blind. There are 2 dozen floater goose decoys, as well as 2 dozen floater duck decoys. Inventory of the decoys will be taken after each hunt. To add to the luxury, there is also a makeshift urinal inside the blind! Not only does one of the best waterfowl rivers in the region run through this property, but it also boasts an alfalfa field to the north - perfect for waterfowl movement in the area. The parking spot for this property is conveniently located close to the river, making for easy transport for hunting gear. The west side of River Bend does not currently have a blind, so we recommend using a layout or portable blind. This property can be quite open, so a good blind will help you get these eager birds locked and landing. Due to the very flat nature of the terrain found on this property, the pronghorn will move constantly. Rule Ranch offers several sources of water, and game will cross back and forth between them, frequenting the acreage provided here. Bordering this private property on almost all sides is Blue Lake State Trust Land, which is open to public hunting. The public will serve hunters on the private property in 2 ways: It will provide additional acreage to hunt on if necessary and will also cause pressured antelope to hightail it for private property. This hunt will be spot and stalk method of hunting, driving in and out will only be permitted on existing tracks. Hunters will be required to provide their own licensing and must abide by all state of Colorado rules and regulations. This program's goal is to bring the public free access to land that is rightfully owned by you. Through Access Granted, Infinite Outdoors and partners are proud to provide access to this 200 acre parcel just outside of Lamar, Colorado. Running A Ranch provides free, but limited, access throughout the year for specific activities - waterfowl and dove hunting. All outdoor recreationists are welcome in moderation - this landowner partner has agreed to allow up to 3 vehicles per day. All outdoorsmen who utilize this program must make reservations through the IO platform, at no added cost. Running A Ranch will be managed by the private landowner, Infinite Outdoors, and state agencies. Failure to reserve access prior to visiting will be considered trespassing. The Running A Ranch - Turkey

This property has not been leased to hunt in the past. It contains a small piece of the Arkansas River on the far north border and provides plenty of roost trees and grassland to harbor birds. To access the property, head north from CR HH, following a lightly worn road for half a mile. There will be a fence you need to pass through after you cross the railroad tracks. Then curve west on the same track, following for a 1/4 mile, and you will arrive at the property border. Park here, with a maximum of 2 cars. Bring your Colorado turkey license, calls, decoy, and blind if you plan to hunt from one. Waders are not necessary as you cannot hunt on the north side of the river. Use the two-track road to take you into property boundary and access by foot traffic only from there.

The Running A Ranch - Whitetail Hunt 5-Day

The Running A Ranch property is almost 200 acres of private access on the Arkansas River outside of Lamar. The majority of this property, south of the river, falls in GMU 146. A small portion of it on the north side of the river falls in GMU 126. Whitetail mainly roam along the river bottom here, while you may see some mule deer. You are more than welcome to bring your own tree stands or set up ground blinds. This property will be available to be booked for 5-day hunts during archery season and all rifle seasons. There is a 2-vehicle maximum on this property.

Walsh Ranch - Turkey

Walsh Ranch is located outside of Meeker Colorado, in GMU 211. Consisting of over 600 acres of private land, and an additional 5,000 acres of BLM with direct access from the property. Walsh Ranch has produced over the years and will offer a great opportunity for chasing gobbles out west. This property has been specifically managed for hunting for 2 years, prior to this, it was not hunted for 11 years. All attending parties must be members Infinite Outdoors to legally access this property. Additionally, members need to bring other things necessary.
