3 MilesInfinite Outdoors and landowners across the country, along with outdoor industry sponsors, are excited to increase access to your public lands through the Access Granted initiative. This program's goal is to bring the public free access to land that is rightfully owned by you. Through Access Granted, Infinite Outdoors and partners are proud to provide direct access to over 5,300 acres of previously hard to access national forest and BLM outside of Beulah, CO. There is another access point to this national forest 3 miles to the west, offering easy access to another 3,000 acres - this AG property saves outdoorsman a nasty hike to the eastern most stretches of this national forest land. This public access will be available year-round for a variety of outdoor activities, such as shed hunting, hiking, big game hunting, and other daily activities. All outdoor recreationists are welcome in moderation, provided they make reservations through the IO platform. Overnight parking on the private property is not permitted. During big game seasons, access prior to sunrise is allowed, but not during other times of year. Due to historic wildfire issues in this valley, campfires are not permitted. Fires should only be facilitated in emergency situations, and ultimate precautions must be taken. Smoking products must not be discarded anywhere on the private or public land. Treat this land as if it were your own and you wanted to protect it for generations to come. Deviating from the provided walking paths to the public land is also not allowed - please take note of the provided walking paths in the Infinite Outdoors app after booking. By booking this Access Granted property, it is not providing access to private land, only access through private to public. Adventurers can expect to encounter frisbee golf players on the private property during spring summer and fall, or hunters during spring and winter. They are to keep on their provided paths and into the public land. Due to coordination with this private landowner, failure to reserve access prior to visiting will be considered trespassing. Furthermore, all guests must be Infinite Outdoors Access members, be added to the reservation, and provide all necessary information - failure to comply will result in fines imposed by the landowner or by state agencies.
Located within the rugged expanse of San Isabel National Forest, this land offers access to some of Colorado’s most sought-after big game opportunities. The surrounding valley is well known for supporting strong populations of mule deer and Merriam’s turkey, both of which take advantage of the varied terrain, open meadows, and abundant food sources found throughout the area. These species are commonly encountered at lower elevations and along forest edges, particularly during the fall seasons. For hunters willing to go deeper into the forest, the rewards increase. The thicker, more remote stretches of timber and alpine cover are prime habitat for black bear and elk. These areas provide ideal bedding and feeding grounds, and offer a more challenging, high-reward experience for those looking to pursue bigger game. Whether you're glassing open hillsides for mule deer, working ridgelines for bugling bulls, or slipping through quiet timber in search of sign, this region delivers a true western hunting experience. With its diverse elevation, dense cover, and access to vast public lands, this property serves as an excellent basecamp for a variety of hunts throughout the season. The game is here and the more ground you cover, the better your odds.
Booking access through this listing allows you to travel across the private land ONLY for the day reserved.
