Layout FieldPivot and Plains is a great property for waterfowl hunting just outside of Yoder, Wyoming. Spanning over 85 acres in agricultural rich land, this location is in the middle of what is considered one of the best waterfowl locations in Wyoming in the Central Flyway. With close roads, this property is easy to access by foot, and to carry blinds and decoys to and from the fields. Hunters may have to walk farther into the property for their layouts, but the property does only span a bit over 900 yards at the farthest point, end to end. All hunters must be Infinite Outdoors Members, as well as abide by any and all Wyoming State Game and Fish rules and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, tags, licenses and limits. This is a DIY opportunity, meaning all attending parties must bring all things necessary for this hunt. Layout blinds will not be provided. There is a possibility of hay bale blinds that can be used.
This property is sits just Northeast of Yoder WY. This unique layout adjacent to public land offers free range of excellent hunting in the area. These agricultural fields in close proximity Goshen Hole Reservoir allows for large feeding bird numbers to occur during the day. Expect to see mostly geese with the occasional duck coming from the reservoir or migrators looking below. The geese will likely come feed during late mornings and evenings and loaf on the lake during the the mid part of the day. These pivots are in the perfect position for targeting large numbers of birds. These waterfowl see much less pressure than other areas and are willing to come into decoys much easier than most.
