Mountain High Ranch - Turkey (3 Day)

This property lies on 500 acres of private land located between Durango Colorado and the Menefee Wilderness area in the transition zone between numerous agricultural properties and the mountain foothills. The wider area is dotted with Tribal and BLM property and has a rich history of both large and small game. This hunt is sold as 3 days of access.

One third of the acreage is typical southern Colorado dryland farming while the rest consists of juniper and pinyon woodland, and transitions at points into the Douglas fir/Ponderosa pine woodland. There are several intermittent/seasonal streambeds and one pond on the property along with supplemented water tanks. This property has a history of strong populations of Turkey, Mule Deer and the occasional Elk, Mountain Lion and Black bear.

Reservation fees are due at the time of booking, and are non-refundable. The outdoorsman fee will process automatically, 48 hours prior to the hunt.

Cancellations must be made 48 hours or more prior to the adventure. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be subject to partial or full outdoorsman fee charges.

If there is a lapse in availability, please do not be discouraged to reach out to IO. All calendars are set and managed by landowners, and unavailability is set by them. However, IO is willing to reach out on your behalf, to check on available dates. Other reasons for unavailable dates include biologist recommended hunter/harvest quotas that landowners implement, as well as state season dates not being released.

You are not legally allowed to access the property, for any adventure, prior to your selected access day. If you try to access the property at all before your selected date(s), without prior approval from IO, you will be subject to trespassing and punishments therein.
