Stellagri Estates - Archery Only Whitetail Buck

Stellagri Estates is a DIY, archery-only whitetail deer hunting property located just south of Troy, Missouri. Featuring approximately 20 acres of huntable hardwoods and transition habitat, this compact tract offers an ideal setup for bowhunters looking for a quiet, low-pressure experience in Midwestern deer country. Guests are encouraged to bring their own climbing or saddle-style stands to stay mobile and adapt to changing deer movement. The property’s layout makes it perfect for slipping into a new spot with minimal disturbance, and it sets up well for both morning and evening sits. We recommend bringing an E bike or electric golf cart. No ATVs or dirt bikes. If you plan to fine-tune your bow or crossbow on site, there is plenty of room to set up your own target and get dialed in before heading to the stand. This is a dedicated bowhunter’s parcel, with a peaceful setting and enough flexibility for hunters to build their own plan of attack.

This area of Missouri is well known for strong deer numbers, and this property is no exception - deer are seen on a near-daily basis. The land is set up as a large rectangular grass field completely surrounded by timber, creating a natural funnel and bedding cover that deer use regularly. A small pond provides a reliable water source, and a network of maintained paths helps keep wild game movement consistent through the property. While there are no cultivated crops on site, there’s plenty of grass for grazing and several neighboring properties do have crops, which helps keep deer in the area year-round. A nearby powerline easement tends to push deer movement right through this property, and the small neighborhood just north- made up of three-acre parcels - acts as a soft boundary that helps hold deer in place. Buck activity picks up noticeably during the rut, with traveling deer moving through in search of does. Antler size will vary, but with no point restrictions in place and consistent traffic, this spot offers solid opportunity for filling a tag.

Reservation fees are due at the time of booking and non-refundable. 50% of the outdoorsman fee is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% will be processed one month prior to the start date of the adventure.

Cancellations made prior to placing a deposit will be taken care of immediately. Any cancellations needing made after placing a deposit will result in attempts to reschedule the hunt for a different season, or a different year. Please note that refunds are not guaranteed.

If there is a lapse in availability, please do not be discouraged from contacting Infinite Outdoors. Some landowners have not opened their land for reservations yet. The other reason properties might be unavailable is because we work directly with our landowners and hunts are booked by quota set by our biologist for the current year. That being said, we are willing, and able in most cases, to pre-book you for next season. OR book you in place of someone else canceling their reservation.

You are not legally allowed to access the property, for any adventure, prior to your selected access day. If you try to access the property at all before your selected date(s), without prior approval from IO, you will be subject to trespassing and punishments therein.
