YesThis property will showcase the same waters provided by Fourmile Yak Ranch North and South. However, instead of only allowing access to one half or the other, this all-inclusive listing will allow anglers access to 100% of the Fourmile Yak Ranch property. Similarly to the North and South sections listed on the IO platform, optimal stream flows range from 10 to 25 cfs. But, fishing can be good at higher flows if the water is clear. Fourmile Creek is perfect small water fishing with a three-weight fly rod. Stream enhancements in 2010 greatly increased fish habitat and reduced bank erosion. Countless tight meanders, deep pockets and undercut banks harbor abundant browns in the 5-to-12-inch range, with a few browns reaching up to 18 inches. A 25” cutthroat has also been caught in this section of the stream, and it is not uncommon to land 20” + rainbows. Fishermen/women need to make sure to have a valid Colorado fishing license. This is CATCH AND RELEASE only.
The scenic Fourmile Yack ranch is home to several trout species including browns, rainbows, cutthroats, cutbows, and brook trout. Fourmile Creek primarily resides on private land making this property an exciting opportunity. This property is creek fishing so often the majority of your fish will be in the 5-12” range with the occasional shot at a hungry creek monster in the 18-25” range.

Infinite Outdoors is primarily dedicated to DIY Hunting and Angling, it is the angler's responsibility to be aware of weather, water flow, and river conditions. No refunds will be issued due to unfavorable conditions. It is the angler's responsibility to verify current conditions prior to arrival. Landowner calendars may show availability even when conditions are not favorable for fishing. In such cases, it is the angler's responsibility to check all local rules, regulations, and closures before fishing. Please review the Fishing Information tab for details that may assist in planning your trip. During warmer periods of the year, anglers are advised that early morning fishing generally provides the most favorable conditions.

Nice small stream-prob flowing about 10cfs ( but it is Sept)-about 10 fish -all browns on small hopper and small brown caddis. Most 4-7” but one 16” and one about same but not quite to net-there are some large fish in a small stream- enjoyed the day Team M
