Box Elder South Whitetail Doe

Box Elder Whitetail, sits directly east of Glenrock, Wyoming in area 65. This property is easily accessible throughout the whole year, as it is just off of I-25. This property consists of more than 1300 acres. There is an abundance of game on this property for various reasons. The famous North Platte river flows through the property on the north side, making it easily accessible for pronghorn to get an endless supply of water. Harvest cover the majority of the property. Whitetail will often occupy this property throughout the year. Any and all driving on this property must be done on existing roads and two-tracks, otherwise all hunting must be done from foot. Hunters: please be prepared to return the landowner coupon on your license to this landowner. Check the rules and regs section upon booking to learn where to send the coupon. There will be limited availability for later season hunts that should be made available in the early fall after the ranch has booked spots for its staff.

The close vicinity of the North Platte makes this property even more enticing for game, alfalfa is planted on the over the majority of the property which offers a great food source for all types of game.

After your hunt, you will be sent an automated Harvest Report. To assist Infinite Outdoors in maintaining the quality of properties - and continue to put conservation at the forefront - we require that the harvest report be completely filled out and returned. Failure to fill out the harvest report within 2 weeks of the hunt taking place will result in a $25 fine. If you are unsuccessful in filling your tag, Infinite Outdoors still needs to have that information provided to them. This is how we will make changes to future year's harvest quotas and continue to be the most well managed access and conservation platform in the country.

Reservation fees are due at the time of booking, and are non-refundable. 50% of the outdoorsman fee will process 2 weeks after the draw results in this state are posted. If you are unsuccessful in the draw, reach out to IO and the situation will be handled accordingly. The remaining 50% will process 1 month prior to the hunt. All OTC hunts will require a 50% deposit of the outdoorsman fee at the time of booking as well. The remaining 50% will process 1 month prior to the hunt.

Cancellations made prior to placing a deposit will be taken care of immediately. Any cancellations needing made after placing a deposit will result in attempts to reschedule the hunt for a different season, or a different year. Please note that refunds are not guaranteed.

If there is a lapse in availability, please do not be discouraged to reach out to IO. All calendars are set and managed by landowners, and unavailability is set by them. However, IO is willing to reach out on your behalf, to check on available dates. Other reasons for unavailable dates include biologist recommended hunter/harvest quotas that landowners implement, as well as state season dates not being released. All big game hunts may be pre-booked for future seasons; reach out to IO to inquire.

You are not legally allowed to access the property, for any adventure, prior to your selected access day. If you try to access the property at all before your selected date(s), without prior approval from IO, you will be subject to trespassing and punishments therein.
