Eagle Lake Ranch - Whitetail Deer 1-Day Hunt

Eagle Lake Ranch (ELR) is a large ranch located in Henderson County, approximately 30 miles south of Tyler, Texas. The ranch offers guided Whitetail Deer hunts within an 823-acre high-fence partition. The guiding portion of these hunts will be done through a third party - not Infinite Outdoors. These hunts are tailored for all levels of experience. Hunters have the option to book a 3-day package or book per day. The ranch maintains three enclosed and insulated elevated hunting blinds to choose from, ensuring a comfortable experience. The blinds are located on food plots and overlook both a corn feeder and a protein feeder, maximizing the opportunity to harvest a deer. All deer tags are provided, as the ranch is enrolled in the Texas Parks & Wildlife Managed Lands Deer Program. Hunters will still need a valid Texas hunting license.

The ranch is comprised of several cover types, including mixed hardwood pine, loblolly pine plantations, mature native shortleaf pine, bottomland hardwoods, and hay fields. Wildlife habitat

is an important management goal at ELR. Prescribed burning, timber thinning operations, herbicide applications, forestry mulching, and food plots are some of the many practices implemented on the ranch. ELR provides excellent habitat for high-quality whitetail.

For both the 3-day package and the per day package hunters will be given the chance to harvest 1 doe and 1 cull buck. Additional deer may be harvested at the discretion of the guide: $150 for each doe and $250 for each buck harvested. Cull bucks will be chosen by the guide during the hunt. Cull bucks that are available to harvest are shown in the pictures. Cull bucks are first come first serve. One non-hunter may accompany the hunter and guide at no charge. Please inquire with Infinite Outdoors about adding a non-hunter to the adventure.

Because this property is enrolled in MLDP, seasons are extended. Deer may be harvested between September 28th-February 28th.

Reservation fees are due at the time of booking and non-refundable. 100% of the outdoorsman fee will be due 1 week prior to the hunt.

Cancellations must be made more than 2 weeks prior to the hunt start date. If cancellations are made within 2 weeks, partial charges will incur. Please note that if a hunt is cancelled after full hunt fees are paid, refunds are not guaranteed - the preference is to reschedule for another timeframe.
