AntelopeFlagler Pronghorn Lands is a DIY antelope hunting property located in GMU 107, consisting of over 10,500 acres. This property will be shared access, you may see other hunters. This hunt is designed to be more affordable access for people. Think of this as public land hunting on private land. Up to 6 hunters will be allowed at a time. The outdoorsman fee is strictly for access, not exclusivity. Located north of Flagler, CO, this property is a combination of land containing prime pronghorn habitat. From open plains and creek beds to pastureland and multiple food sources, this area has everything game needs to stay happy and healthy on their migration route. Hunts on this property will be sold in 3-day increments; the day you book will be valid for the following 2 as well. This is a spot and stalk hunt, park on the county roads and walk in. Do not drive through fields or park in the way of equipment. This is a draw unit for pronghorn. The outdoorsman fee is set for a DIY hunt for 3 days. If a hunter is unable to acquire their own license, IO may be able to provide them with a landowner voucher, directly from the landowner. Lodging is not included in this hunt. Nearby towns such as Stratton, Burlington, or Flagler may have hotel availability.
The open plains of eastern Colorado provide great habitat for large numbers of antelope. With an abundance of food sources, bedding areas and cover, along with limited public pressure, pronghorn numbers and size are very good. Agriculture fields provide protein rich food year-round which helps produce good species abundance. Look for pronghorn to feed in agriculture fields and utilize small drainages or creek bottoms for travel and bedding, especially as pressure increases during hunting seasons.
3-day hunt. By booking the first day of your hunt, you're automatically booked for the following 2 as well.
Reservation fees are due at the time of booking, and are non-refundable. 50% of the outdoorsman fee will process 2 weeks after the draw results in this state are posted. If you are unsuccessful in the draw, reach out to IO and the situation will be handled accordingly. The remaining 50% will process 1 month prior to the hunt.
Cancellations made prior to placing a deposit will be taken care of immediately. Any cancellations needing made after placing a deposit will result in attempts to reschedule the hunt for a different season, or a different year. Please note that refunds are not guaranteed.
If there is a lapse in availability, please do not be discouraged to reach out to IO. All calendars are set and managed by landowners, and unavailability is set by them. However, IO is willing to reach out on your behalf, to check on available dates. Other reasons for unavailable dates include biologist recommended hunter/harvest quotas that landowners implement, as well as state season dates not being released.
You are not legally allowed to access the property, for any adventure, prior to your selected access day. If you try to access the property at all before your selected date(s), without prior approval from IO, you will be subject to trespassing and punishments therein.

Great property got my first pronghorn buck. Saw 30+ on the property over the three days and tons more on land near by. They seemed to prefer one section of property over others but no complaints other then a good amount of road hunters driving around the property on opening morning did ruin two stalks. Already planning on another pronghorn hunt next year

Some of the property wasn’t very good property. But over all liked the diversity of the different tracks.
