Located just outside Seneca KS, this property offers just under 900 acres of private land Turkey hunting. Kansas has long been attached to turkey hunting and this property is no exception. With many different food sources nearby, and a creek running through a good part of the property, the chances of finding turkeys are great. Along the creek are tree rows for roosting, and several areas where pop up blinds can be used and there are some great places to set them up. Everything a turkey needs is located on this property. Hunters must abide by all Kansas state rules and regulations as well as limits. Be sure to bring all necessary tags, licenses and permits.

Game and habitat information

This property, is located in Kansas's unit 9 near the border with Nebraska in an area known for Rios and hybrids. The mix of creek bottoms, hardwoods and thickets, grasslands, and agriculture fields provide excellent habitat for turkeys throughout the season. Look for turkeys to travel the tree lines during the morning and evenings and feed in in the adjacent ag fields throughout the year. This is a great place to chase turkeys throughout the season as birds stay in the area throughout the spring!

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 48 hours or more prior to the adventure. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be subject to partial or full outdoorsman fee charges.

Availability

If there is a lapse in availability, please do not be discouraged to reach out to IO. All calendars are set and managed by landowners, and unavailability is set by them. However, IO is willing to reach out on your behalf, to check on available dates. Other reasons for unavailable dates include biologist recommended hunter/harvest quotas that landowners implement, as well as state season dates not being released. All adventures can only be booked a maximum of 90 days in advance.

Trespassing

You are not legally allowed to access the property, for any adventure, prior to your selected access day. If you try to access the property at all before your selected date(s), without prior approval from IO, you will be subject to trespassing and punishments therein.
