Firesteel Wild Upland Bird

Enjoy a fully DIY wild upland bird hunt with the ability to add the comfort of on-site lodging. Guests may book and stay in our five-bedroom lodge with nine total beds, a full kitchen, and grill, for an additional $600 per night. While hunts are self-guided, the property owner is always available to answer questions or provide assistance as needed. The owner will be in contact with you after a booking is approved. All huntable acreage is clearly outlined in the Infinite Outdoors app, allowing hunters to easily navigate and understand property boundaries.

Three Miles of the Firesteel Creek is a haven for all wildlife. We also have many farm fields in corn, wheat, sunflowers, grass, alfalfa, oats to hunt on. This property offers diverse upland bird habitat across a mix of agricultural and native landscapes. Tree belts, food plots, water sources, and low-lying areas provide ideal cover and holding habitat for pheasants, while grasslands and harvested farm fields are prime areas for grouse and Hungarian partridge. The terrain transitions from large, open rolling hills planted in corn, wheat, and sunflowers to expansive creek-bottom grasslands with semi-timbered stretches and occasional fields of alfalfa or small grains. Numerous dams and natural springs attract birds throughout the property, while strategically placed food plots help keep them concentrated in huntable areas.

Reservation fees are due at the time of booking and are non-refundable. Outdoorsman fees will process 48 hours prior to the adventure - each member of the hunt must be added to the hunt prior to the adventure, so their outdoorsman fee may process before accessing the property.

Cancellations must be made 48 hours or more prior to the adventure. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be subject to partial or full outdoorsman fee charges.

If there is a lapse in availability, please do not be discouraged from contacting Infinite Outdoors. Some landowners have not opened their land for reservations yet. The other reason properties might be unavailable is because we work directly with our landowners and hunts are booked by quota set by our biologist for the current year. That being said, we are willing, and able in most cases, to pre-book you for next season. OR book you in place of someone else canceling their reservation.

You are not legally allowed to access the property, for any adventure, prior to your selected access day. If you try to access the property at all before your selected date(s), without prior approval from IO, you will be subject to trespassing and punishments therein.
