500 ftThis is a straightforward, self-guided hunting property designed for hunters who prefer flexibility and independence. No lodging or amenities are provided, but there are ten pre-set deer stands available, along with numerous areas where ground blinds can be positioned. The entire property is accessible through a system of interior trails suitable for ATVs or 4WD vehicles. Hunters are encouraged to use discretion when driving, as noise travels efficiently through the timber. A central creek runs east to west across the tract, dividing it into northern and southern portions. Several established crossings allow safe passage between both sides. A detailed post-booking map highlights stand locations and designated crossing points. The property shares a boundary with approximately 1,800 acres of Sumter National Forest. While publicly accessible, this neighboring ground can influence wildlife movement toward the private acreage during periods of increased hunting activity. Primitive camping is available for an additional nightly rate, in specified areas only.
The habitat supports stable doe groups due to dependable food, water, and protective cover. Creek bottom hardwoods offer seasonal mast and soft browse. The gentle lower slopes provide staging areas before evening movement. Thinned pine stands and thicker cover pockets give does secure bedding areas protected from wind and pressure. Because of the rolling terrain, does can move from bedding to feeding areas while staying concealed along benches and contour lines. This type of layout encourages predictable daily patterns, especially in early season and late season when food and thermal cover matter most. Water availability along the creek supports consistent daytime use of the lower elevations.
Reservation fees are due at the time of booking and are non-refundable. 50% of the outdoorsman fee will process at the time of booking, due to over-the-counter tag availability. The remaining 50% will process 1 month prior to the hunt date.
For big game adventures, cancellations made prior to placing a deposit will be handled immediately with no penalty. If a cancellation is requested after a deposit has been placed, Infinite Outdoors will make every effort to reschedule the hunt for a different season or a future year. Refunds are not guaranteed once a deposit has been placed.
If there is a lapse in availability, please do not be discouraged to reach out to IO. All calendars are set and managed by landowners, and unavailability is set by them. However, IO is willing to reach out on your behalf, to check on available dates. Other reasons for unavailable dates include biologist recommended hunter/harvest quotas that landowners implement, as well as state season dates not being released.
You are not legally allowed to access the property, for any adventure, prior to your selected access day. If you try to access the property at all before your selected date(s), without prior approval from IO, you will be subject to trespassing and punishments therein.
