Box Elder Whitetail Archery Doe

This property is located south of Glenrock, WY and north of I-25 on the Boxelder Creek. This property resides in area 65 for deer hunting and consists of just over 580 acres of creek bottom and agriculture fields. This is an opportunity to put some meat in the freezer. Due to ag equipment and the proximity of building across the river this is an archery only hunt. Hunters will be required to abide by all state of Wyoming regulations, including licensing, limits and method of take. This is a DIY hunting opportunity and should be planned accordingly. Please do not park off of the road, and only use the already established road for driving. Everything else will be foot traffic only.

This expansive property runs along Box Elder Creek and is bordered by productive agricultural fields, creating ideal habitat for whitetail deer. The mix of dense cover, year-round water, and abundant food sources supports a strong and consistent deer population. Thick riparian vegetation along the creek, coupled with shelterbelts and stands of mature cottonwoods, provides excellent bedding and travel corridors. The adjacent hay meadows and crop fields offer prime foraging opportunities, especially during early morning and late evening hours. With minimal pressure and ample habitat diversity, deer move naturally throughout the property, making it a reliable and well-rounded whitetail hunting destination.

Reservation fees are due at the time of booking, and are non-refundable. 50% of the outdoorsman fee will process 2 weeks after the draw results in this state are posted. If you are unsuccessful in the draw, reach out to IO and the situation will be handled accordingly. The remaining 50% will process 1 month prior to the hunt. All OTC hunts will require a 50% deposit of the outdoorsman fee at the time of booking as well. The remaining 50% will process 1 month prior to the hunt.

Cancellations made prior to placing a deposit will be taken care of immediately. Any cancellations needed after placing a deposit will result in attempts to reschedule the hunt for a different season, or a different year. Please note that refunds are not guaranteed.

If there is a lapse in availability, please do not be discouraged to reach out to IO. All calendars are set and managed by landowners, and unavailability is set by them. However, IO is willing to reach out on your behalf, to check on available dates. Other reasons for unavailable dates include biologist recommended hunter/harvest quotas that landowners implement, as well as state season dates not being released.

You are not legally allowed to access the property, for any adventure, prior to your selected access day. If you try to access the property at all before your selected date(s), without prior approval from IO, you will be subject to trespassing and punishments therein
