Gobblers Knob is a 386-acre ridgeline property in Warren County, just outside Bowling Green — close enough to town for an easy drive, remote enough to hunt hard. The ground has well-established deer travel corridors along the ridge, a healthy doe population, and a buck age class that's noticeably above average for the area.
This combo listing is built for hunters who want a real shot at a mature buck while keeping the option to fill a doe tag too. Kentucky's archery season here runs from early September through January with no zone-based date restrictions, so there's a wide window to plan around, and there's no draw or lottery to worry about — just a license and permit, purchased same-day if needed. This is an archery or cross bow only hunt.
Your package includes 3 nights in the on-site apartment (4 bunks, kitchen, washer/dryer) and access to a walk-in cooler for game care, so you can hunt hard for four days without worrying about lodging logistics. Pop-up blinds are available on the property, and multiple road-based access points make getting to your spot straightforward. There also more permanent tree stands overlooking food plots as well. Feel free to bring your UTV to travel across the property.
This is a self-guided, do-it-yourself hunt, you're in the driver's seat on tactics and time in the stand, with the property's terrain and deer numbers doing the heavy lifting.

The property sits on a strong ridgeline with well-defined deer travel corridors connecting bedding and feeding areas — the kind of terrain that consistently produces daylight movement. Trail activity has already turned up a mature, wide-racked buck working a scrape on a hardwood flat just off the ridge, which lines up with the above-average buck age class this ground is known for.

4-day hunt. By booking the first day of your adventure on this listing, you're automatically booked for the following 4 days as well. A 4 bunk apartment for 3 nights is included in this package.

Reservation fees are due at time of booking and are non- refundable. All OTC hunts will require a 50% deposit of the outdoorsman fee at the time of booking as well. The remaining 50% will process 1 month prior to the hunt.

Cancellations made prior to placing a deposit will be taken care of immediately. Any cancellations needing made after placing a deposit will result in attempts to reschedule the hunt for a different season, or a different year. Please note that refunds are not guaranteed.

If there is a lapse in availability, please do not be discouraged to reach out to IO. All calendars are set and managed by landowners, and unavailability is set by them. However, IO is willing to reach out on your behalf, to check on available dates. Other reasons for unavailable dates include biologist recommended hunter/harvest quotas that landowners implement, as well as state season dates not being released.

You are not legally allowed to access the property, for any adventure, prior to your selected access day. If you try to access the property at all before your selected date(s), without prior approval from IO, you will be subject to trespassing and punishments therein.
