4-Man PitPARK CREEK #18 WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE 2024/25 SEASON. THIS YEAR IT IS A DISKED BEET FIELD, THEREFORE A BARE DIRT FIELD. IO RECOMMENDS BOOKING ONE OF THE OTHER CORN OR ALFALFA FIELDS FOR YOUR GOOSE HUNT. THE CROPS WILL ROTATE AND IN 2025/26 THIS FIELD WILL RE-OPEN.
Park Creek #18 is a beat field that rests two miles from Park Creek reservoir, and 4.5 miles from the Rawhide Reservoir. With a large corn field, and the reservoirs in the area, geese are expected to be moving to and from the cornfield and the larger water sources throughout the season. Dark geese are most expected to be seen in this area of the Central Flyway of northern Colorado. Geese will typically be seen feeding during a morning flight, as well as an evening flight. However, mid-day flights and field hopping can be seen throughout the season as well. Poor weather conditions will also influence daily flights.
1-Day Hunt
Provided pit blinds are built at the beginning of the season. Hunters are encouraged to spend a few minutes brushing in the blinds to keep them in quality condition and keep them well hidden from birds.
Reservation fees are processed at the time of booking and are non-refundable. All outdoorsman fees will process automatically, 48 hours prior to the hunt.
Cancellations must be made 48 hours or more prior to the adventure. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be subject to partial or full outdoorsman fee charges.
By booking this property, you agree to Waterfowl Landowner agreement found here(https://bit.ly/waterfowl-terms)
If there is a lapse in availability, please do not be discouraged to reach out to IO. All calendars are set and managed by landowners, and unavailability is set by them. However, IO is willing to reach out on your behalf, to check on available dates. Other reasons for unavailable dates include biologist recommended hunter/harvest quotas that landowners implement, as well as state season dates not being released.
