East Faith and Furrow is a 198-acre DIY antelope hunting property about 5 miles northeast of East Helena, Montana, in Lewis and Clark County, between Hart Lane, Eames Lane, and Canyon Ferry Road.
The ground is summer fallow and alfalfa on the open floor of the Helena Valley, the kind of green feed pronghorn come back to again and again. Open country means they can see you coming, so it pays to glass from the field edge first. Learn where the herd likes to feed and bed, then plan a stalk that keeps the wind in your face and any rise in the ground between you and the goats.
Your party has the property to itself, with only one party booked at a time. Park on designated roads or at the field edge and hunt on foot. Two small home parcels on the southern edge are marked as a safety zone in the Infinite Outdoors app, and there are homes just south of Canyon Ferry Road. Stay out of the safety zone and never shoot toward homes, buildings, roads, or people.
Pronghorn key in on the tender regrowth in alfalfa, one of the most nutritious feeds they can find in the valley, and the open summer fallow gives them the long sightlines they rely on to feel safe. That combination makes this ground a natural place for antelope to feed and loaf through the season. Pronghorn depend on their eyesight above everything else, so a careful approach matters more than speed. Glass from a distance before you move, use any low rise, ditch, or field edge to break up your outline, and keep the wind in your face. Mornings and evenings tend to find goats feeding in the alfalfa, while midday often finds them bedded out in the open fallow where they can watch all around them.
Reservation fees are due at the time of booking and are non-refundable. 50% of the outdoorsman fee will process after the draw with the final being due 30 days prior to your hunt.
Cancelations made after a deposit might be able to be applied to another opportunity on this ranch or another date but is not guaranteed.
