Land stewardship comes first at Badger Basin, the landowner manages this ground with conservation and harvest working hand in hand, and the property's 846 irrigated acres reflect that care. Badger Basin holds a strong resident chukar population.
The property's rugged basin terrain and irrigated field edges give birds cover close to feed, making for a classic Wyoming chukar hunt.
Access stays on established roads and two-tracks, and the 240V RV hookup on site means you can make a multi-day trip of it without leaving the property.
Resident chukar work the broken terrain and field margins throughout the season, holding tight to cover near the irrigated ground.
Reservation fees are due at the time of booking, and are non-refundable. 100% of the outdoorsman fee will process 48 hrs prior to the adventure start date.
Cancellations must be made outside of the 48 hr payment policy window. Any cancellations made within that window may be subject to full or partial changes. The IO team will work with you to reschedule, if applicable.
If there is a lapse in availability, please do not be discouraged to reach out to IO. All calendars are set and managed by landowners, and unavailability is set by them. However, IO is willing to reach out on your behalf, to check on available dates. Other reasons for unavailable dates include biologist recommended hunter/harvest quotas that landowners implement, as well as state season dates not being released.
You are not legally allowed to access the property, for any adventure, prior to your selected access day. If you try to access the property at all before your selected date(s), without prior approval from IO, you will be subject to trespassing and punishments therein
