Notes from the landowner

This ranch is managed with land stewardship first — harvest and conservation go hand in hand here, not one at the expense of the other. Deer hunting is offered as one simplified listing across the property's four parcels. It's whitetail country, with mule deer showing up only occasionally.
Hunt Area 121 offers general, over-the-counter deer tags — no draw required. The season runs September 1 through December 15, and irrigated barley and sugar beet fields keep deer feeding close to the property.
Elevated hay-bale blinds give you a few different ways to hunt the ground, and a 240V hookup on site means you can camp right on the property. There are two gates to Bureau of Recreation land on the property. Your booking confirmation will indicate how you can access those.

Game and habitat information

Irrigated ag ground bordering BOR land creates a strong feed-to-cover edge that pulls whitetail out of the surrounding basin to feed on stubble and the property's 15-acre food plot. Harvest is managed conservatively on the buck side to protect the herd, while doe numbers are kept open — a reflection of the landowner's conservation-first read of what this ground can sustain.
