Enjoy 1 mile of the Colorado River with runs that dump into deep pools holding large brown trout. The best fishing is near the confluence where the creek meets the river. This property provides stunning red cliff views that include two pairs of nesting bald eagles. Fish range in the 12-22″ range. The walking access is fairly easy for younger anglers and people with mobility issues. There are some willows near the riverbank but they’re not difficult to navigate.

Due to livestock and other concerns, dogs and other pets are NOT permitted on this property.

For properties listed as "Community Adventures" there is the possibility that a limited number of other anglers can be on the property at the same time. Just a heads up, some of our spots have other leases that might have anglers casting their lines too. So, hit 'request to book' and we'll make sure to confirm the availability before you pack your gear!
We think it's important to mentor the next generation of anglers. Youth between the ages of 13 and 17 are 50% off for all fishing and small game when you reserve on the Infinite Outdoors app. However, kids 13-17 will need to have an Infinite Outdoors Membership. Youth 12 and under are free and do not need a membership but must follow all property rules.

We aim to connect you with spots where you have a good shot at landing some great catches, but it's all part of the Do-It-Yourself fly fishing adventure!

With the river flows below 700cfs, access was much easier and crossing to the island was possible and safe, opening up greater fishing opportunities. Fish were active in the morning hours but action died down in the afternoon. There was no top action to speak off that day. Browns responded well to streamers.
