A mapped trail system along with strategically placed stands and blinds makes this property DIY-friendly, giving hunters the tools they need to succeed.

The habitat here is a blend of mixed hardwood forests, dense oak ridges, cedar thickets, and brushy cover interspersed with fertile meadows. Seasonal creeks and scattered ponds provide reliable water and nearby agricultural fields supply abundant food. These natural resources make the property highly attractive to wild turkeys throughout the year.

The surrounding Ouachita National Forest holds strong turkey populations, and the diverse habitat here offers everything they need for roosting, feeding, and strutting. Large hardwoods and pine ridges provide prime roosting areas, while open meadows and field edges serve as strut zones each spring. Hens use the brushy understory and thickets for nesting cover, and poults thrive in the insect-rich openings during summer. Creek bottoms and timbered ridgelines act as natural travel corridors, concentrating turkey movement across the property. Reservation fees are due at the time of booking, and are non-refundable. 50% of the outdoorsman fee will process 2 weeks after the draw results in this state are posted. If you are unsuccessful in the draw, reach out to IO and the situation will be handled accordingly. The remaining 50% will process 1 month prior to the hunt. If tags are OTC, first half deposit will be taken at the same time as the reservation.

Cancellations made prior to placing a deposit will be taken care of immediately. Any cancellations needing made after placing a deposit will result in attempts to reschedule the hunt for a different season, or a different year. Please note that refunds are not guaranteed.

You are not legally allowed to access the property, for any adventure, prior to your selected access day. If you try to access the property at all before your selected date(s), without prior approval from IO, you will be subject to trespassing and punishments therein.
