Spend five days chasing whitetails along the Republican River just outside Guide Rock, Nebraska. This 150-acre property pairs river bottom hardwood timber with cropland edges, giving deer a natural travel corridor between bedding cover and feeding ground, and giving you plenty of good stand and blind options to work.
Hunting pressure here has stayed light in recent years, so the deer move on their own schedule. Nebraska's archery season runs from September into January, with a firearm season opening in November, so there's a long window to plan your five days around the style of hunt you want.
The river bottom timber transitions into irrigated and dryland crop ground, a classic funnel setup that channels deer movement along the timber edge and sets up strong stand locations throughout the property.

Republican Unit, archery Sept 1 to Jan 15, Nov firearm window
5-Day Hunt. By booking the first day of the adventure, you're automatically booked for the following 4 as well.
Nebraska offers two different tags that will be valid in this unit for whitetail. One is a Statewide Archery tag that will be a draw tag, unless any tags go undrawn and will end up being sold OTC in July. There is also a Statewide Buck Tag that is a Season's Choice tag, that will be sold OTC in July as well.
Reservation fees are due at the time of booking, and are non-refundable. 50% of the outdoorsman fee will process 2 weeks after the draw results in this state are posted. If you are unsuccessful in the draw, reach out to IO and the situation will be handled accordingly. The remaining 50% will process 1 month prior to the hunt.
Cancellations made prior to placing a deposit will be taken care of immediately. Any cancellations needing made after placing a deposit will result in attempts to reschedule the hunt for a different season, or a different year. Please note that refunds are not guaranteed.
If there is a lapse in availability, please do not be discouraged to reach out to IO. All calendars are set and managed by landowners, and unavailability is set by them. However, IO is willing to reach out on your behalf, to check on available dates. Other reasons for unavailable dates include biologist recommended hunter/harvest quotas that landowners implement, as well as state season dates not being released.
You are not legally allowed to access the property, for any adventure, prior to your selected access day. If you try to access the property at all before your selected date(s), without prior approval from IO, you will be subject to trespassing and punishments therein.
