Welcome to our place! We run DIY turkey hunting on a private tract just north of the West Virginia state line in Spraggs, Pennsylvania, and we're excited to have you out here.

We keep this property intimate by design - we allow a maximum of 3 individual hunters in the field at the same time, though groups of up to 6 are welcome if you're all familiar with each other. Each hunter has access to 2 designated tree stands, giving you 6 stands total across the property, plus 2 ground blinds available to anyone who needs them. You're welcome to use our stands or set up your own - whatever works best for your style.

We stay on top of the game activity here and regularly update trail cam videos and photos. Once you're booked, check out our Facebook page where we post daily footage so you can see what's moving before you even arrive. We're also happy to walk the property with you and get you set up for scouting - just reach out after booking and we'll make it happen.

One thing to keep in mind for 2026: Pennsylvania does not allow Sunday hunting this season, but Sundays are a great opportunity to scout the property and get your bearings. The good news is that starting in 2027, Sunday hunting will be legal in Pennsylvania, so that'll open things up even more going forward.

This 354-acre property is a turkey haven and hunter's dream! The land rolls through classic Appalachian terrain - mature hardwood ridges, wooded valleys, clear streams, and open trails that make getting around the property easy and enjoyable. Food plots tucked into the open areas provide consistent draw points for birds throughout the season, rounding out a habitat mix that Eastern wild turkeys thrive in - and we have plenty of them.

We consistently have mature toms working the property, along with a strong class of jakes, which tells you that the population here is healthy and self-sustaining year after year. The birds aren't going anywhere anytime soon - this land holds them.

The data in this region of the state speaks for itself. Pennsylvania holds one of the densest Eastern turkey populations in North America, and our corner of the state is right in the thick of it. WMU 2A sits in the heart of PA turkey country and actually leads the entire state in spring harvest success. In 2025, Pennsylvania hunters tagged roughly 42,500 birds statewide, and our region consistently punches above its weight in those numbers.

Simply put, if you want to hunt Eastern turkeys on private ground, in one of the best-producing units in the state, this is the place.

Reservation fees are due at the time of booking and are non-refundable. 50% of the outdoorsman fee will automatically process at the time of booking. The remaining 50% will automatically process 7 days prior to the start of your adventure.

For turkey adventures, cancellations must be made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled hunt. Cancellations made within 7 days of the hunt will be subject to full charges. Any cancellations made after a deposit or payment is made will result in a rescheduling of the hunt. Refunds are not guaranteed - please refer to IO's terms of service.

If there is a lapse in availability, please do not be discouraged to reach out to IO. All calendars are set and managed by landowners, and unavailability is set by them. However, IO is willing to reach out on your behalf, to check on available dates. Other reasons for unavailable dates include biologist recommended hunter/harvest quotas that landowners implement, as well as state season dates not being released.

You are not legally allowed to access the property, for any adventure, prior to your selected access day. If you try to access the property at all before your selected date(s), without prior approval from IO, you will be subject to trespassing and punishments therein
