Pleasant Ridge offers archery deer hunting on 18 private acres just outside Rogers in Benton County, Arkansas, inside AGFC Deer Zone 1. This is a one hunter, archery only whitetail property in the Ozark foothills, where edge habitat keeps deer on their feet and sign is spread across the ground.
The property is mixed hardwood and pine timber on gently rolling terrain, with a small clearing at the northwest corner and a power line right-of-way crossing the back side. Those timber edges and the open lane of the right-of-way set up natural travel routes, and the cover holds deer from the early season through late winter.
Access is built to stay quiet. Two designated parking areas let you pick your entry by the wind, either along the power line right-of-way from the southeast corner or in from the north boundary. It is a short walk to your setup, so quick evening sits after work are easy to pull off. You hunt the property alone, with no one else moving through your woods.
Each booking is a 3 day archery hunt for one hunter, priced per hunter. Deer licenses are sold over the counter, with no draw required, and nonresidents can pick up a short term license that lines up with your hunt. Ground blinds and tree stands are welcome. Lodging, restaurants, and supplies are minutes away in Rogers.
Whitetail deer are the focus at Pleasant Ridge. The property sits where Ozark foothill timber meets rural homesites and open ground, the kind of edge habitat whitetails use heavily, and deer sign shows up throughout the 18 acres.
Mixed hardwoods and pine provide bedding and thermal cover, while the northwest clearing and the power line right-of-way add browse and soft edges along the back of the property. Deer Zone 1 has no antler point restrictions, so any legal buck is a shooter, and the long Arkansas archery season lets you hunt early season patterns, the rut, and late winter movement on the same ground.
After your hunt, you will be sent an automated Harvest Report. To assist Infinite Outdoors in maintaining the quality of properties, and continue to put conservation at the forefront, we require that the harvest report be completely filled out and returned. Failure to fill out the harvest report within 2 weeks of the hunt taking place will result in a $25 fine. If you are unsuccessful in filling your tag, Infinite Outdoors still needs to have that information provided to them. This is how we will make changes to future year's harvest quotas and continue to be the most well managed access and conservation platform in the country.
Arkansas archery deer season in Zone 1 opens in late September and runs through the end of February. A short early buck-only archery season opens on the last weekend of August. Alternative firearms and modern gun seasons also run in Zone 1 during the fall; this property stays archery only through every season.
Follow AGFC hunter orange requirements whenever a firearm deer season is open. Current dates are posted at agfc.com/hunting/deer.
Hunt area: AGFC Deer Zone 1, Benton County. Licenses are sold over the counter at agfc.com or ar-licensing.s3licensing.com; there is nothing to apply for.

Hunters born after 1968 must carry hunter education certification.
No draw is required. Arkansas deer licenses are sold over the counter for residents and nonresidents, so once your dates are booked you can buy your license and hunt. There are no point systems, quotas, or application deadlines for private land archery deer hunting in Zone 1.
Reservation fees are due at the time of booking and are non-refundable. 50% of the outdoorsman fee will process 2 weeks after the draw results in this state are posted, or immediately upon booking if the reservation is made after draw results post. All OTC hunts will also process 50% of the outdoorsman fee at the time of booking. The remaining 50% will process 1 month prior to the hunt.
If you cancel before your deposit is processed, Infinite Outdoors will handle your cancellation right away. Once your deposit has been processed, Infinite Outdoors will work to reschedule your hunt for a different season or year. Refunds are not guaranteed. The reservation fee is non-refundable.
If there is a lapse in availability, please do not be discouraged to reach out to IO. All calendars are set and managed by landowners, and unavailability is set by them. However, IO is willing to reach out on your behalf, to check on available dates. Other reasons for unavailable dates include biologist recommended hunter/harvest quotas that landowners implement, as well as state season dates not being released.
You are not legally allowed to access the property, for any adventure, prior to your selected access day. If you try to access the property at all before your selected date(s), without prior approval from IO, you will be subject to trespassing and punishments therein.
