YES. Camping prices are per day. Camping is dispersed camping. please practice “leave no trace” principles and pack out all trash. You will need to supply your own water. There are two camping areas on this property both are very flat and and can fit all camping vehicles. It's also very easy to maneuver and turn around on these campsites. The town of Craig does spray for mosquitos and due to that there is very little in the area. Campsite #1: Near the upstream boundary. Campers will have shade most of the day and the ground is fairly flat. Campsite #2: Will be established once the snow melts

2 out of 5 stars

The Yampa was still blown out like chocolate milk so we did not even bother. It’s a wide section of the river with not much structure. The pond looked very fishy but we did not have any luck. Fished from kayaks on the first day. The wind was getting the better of us. Next morning ( we camped) I fished the pond for 3 hours first with a streamer but there was so much moss it was a pain. Went back around with a popper and got one giant hit. It might have been the pike the owner told me about but that was it. We left before noon. The pond has reeds all the way around it. There are a few places you can get thru them on the bank to fish. I tried wading but immediately sunk to my shins in the muck. A belly boat might have been the best option but with all the moss and muddy bottom getting in and kicking around might have been a challenge. I imagine as the warmer temperatures come the moss will get worse. Camping was fine. Plenty of room for a small camper. Property was easy to find and get into. Met Michael and he was very nice. I personally would not go back. Plenty of other properties to try!
