155Located just outside of Mulhall, Oklahoma, this 160-acre property is a prime destination for serious turkey hunters. With a mix of open fields and strategically spaced tree rows, the terrain creates natural funnels and ideal ambush spots for calling in gobblers. The diversity of cover and open ground gives hunters plenty of opportunity to adapt their tactics throughout the day.
While there is no lodging on-site, the property’s convenient location near Stillwater and Guthrie means you’ll have multiple hotel options just a short drive away. Mulhall Beards is also a working cattle ranch, so hunters should be aware that cattle may be present during their hunt. Bring everything you need for a successful outing—including your gear, tags, and valid Oklahoma hunting license. Be sure to check all state regulations before heading out.
This property is ideally located just a short drive from Stillwater, OK, in an area known for its strong population of Rio Grande turkeys. Birds are frequently spotted moving across the land, with daily sightings reported by the landowners themselves. Featuring a mix of food plots, agricultural fields, and mature roosting trees, the habitat offers excellent opportunities for both run-and-gun and stationary set-ups. The natural cover throughout the property allows hunters to choose a variety of strategic positions depending on bird movement. The combination of food sources and surrounding terrain helps hold birds on the property throughout the day, with mornings and evenings typically offering the best action.

I did hear turkeys (on private property that borders this) but they unfortunately never came to where I could access. The blind had been destroyed by wind. And the smell of dead cattle being left rotting in the field was terrible. The property itself should be decent for turkey they are in the general area, maybe I just had a bad day and birds wouldn’t cooperate.

Hey Sloan, I am sorry to hear you didn't have a better experience! We unfortunately did have a tough winter and early spring with losing cattle - my name and number are provided to hunters once they make a reservation, and I would have been happy to steer you in the right direction. We'll gladly welcome you back for another hunt someday, maybe before the end of the season, and we can chat before you get here to put together a gameplan for success. Thank you for using our family farm, we're very grateful for you!
