Boxelder #10 South – Layout Field

This property is located just North of Wellington, Colorado which lies in the Central Flyway against the Front range. Boxelder #10 South consists of roughly 60 acres in an ag field made of alfalfa. This property is specifically designated for layout blind hunting only which means THERE WILL NOT BE A PIT FOR USE. Access for this property will come from the North. Make sure to download the Infinite Outdoors app where all access points and parking places can be seen in the adventures tab. All attending parties of this booking must be members of Infinite Outdoors to legally access this property. Additionally, everyone must follow Colorado state rules and regulations. This is a DIY property, be sure to bring all things necessary things to raise chances of success.

Boxelder #10 South is located in a perfect position for some great days in the field. The crop of choice in #10 is alfalfa, which geese will use to feed throughout the year, but especially in bad weather times. Though it is a layout field, the location of this property makes it just as quality as a 6-man pit. Boxelder #10 South sits in between 2 local reservoirs that Geese will utilize for mid-day activities. During the morning and evening, hunters can expect large numbers of birds to come into this particular property for feeding hours. As cooler weather moves in, and the migration ramps up, this property is in an ideal location to attract, and hold birds.

Reservation fees are processed at the time of booking and are non-refundable. All outdoorsman fees will process automatically, 48 hours prior to the hunt.

Cancellations must be made 48 hours or more prior to the adventure. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be subject to partial or full outdoorsman fee charges.

If there is a lapse in availability, please do not be discouraged to reach out to IO. All calendars are set and managed by landowners, and unavailability is set by them. However, IO is willing to reach out on your behalf, to check on available dates. Other reasons for unavailable dates include biologist recommended hunter/harvest quotas that landowners implement, as well as state season dates not being released.

You are not legally allowed to access the property, for any adventure, prior to your selected access day. If you try to access the property at all before your selected date(s), without prior approval from IO, you will be subject to trespassing and punishments therein.
