Notes from the landowner

This is a DIY predator hunting property located just south of Stratton, CO. It consists of over 26,000 acres, of varying habitat types. Eastern Colorado is notorious for having a large population of predators, specifically coyotes. On this property hunters will see a working cattle operation, and all hunting and shooting must be done in a safe manner, far away from any structures or cattle. This includes the large feedlot operations; stay well away from these. No shooting within 300 yards of the operations will be permitted, and violators will be fined. By booking this hunt, you agree to this rule. All hunting must abide by the regulations set by the state of Colorado, including licensing and methods of take.

Game and habitat information

This property boasts multiple habitat types that are conducive to healthy predator populations. Among those habitat types, are large fields of CRP, sections of pasture ground, and several crops like corn that provide thick cover. There is also a healthy population of prey in this region of Colorado that helps predators thrive as well. Critters like rabbits, pheasants, ground squirrels, and even different ungulates, provide a plentiful food source.

Trespassing

You are not legally allowed to access the property, for any adventure, prior to your selected access day. If you try to access the property at all before your selected date(s), without prior approval from IO, you will be subject to trespassing and punishments therein.
