Notes from the landowner

900 yards of Fourmile Creek at 9,500 feet elevation. Optimal stream flows range from 10 to 25 cfs, but fishing can be good at higher flows if the water is clear. Fourmile Creek is perfect small water fishing with a three-weight fly rod. Many smooth riffles, undercut banks, deep pools and tight meanders line the property making phenomenal habitat for both browns and bows. Most trout caught in this stream are wild browns in the 5 to 12 inch range, with a few browns up to 18 inches. Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed. Camping is not permitted. Catch and release only. Dogs are not allowed. SPEEDING OVER 15mph ON PRIVATE ROADS WILL RESULT IN FINES.

The scenic Fourmile Yack creek is home to several trout species including browns, rainbows, cutthroats, cutbows, and brook trout. Fourmile Creek primarily resides on private land making this property an exciting opportunity. This property is creek fishing so often the majority of your fish will be in the 5-12” range with the occasional shot at a hungry creek monster in the 18-25” range.
