Riverbend Layout Blind Area

Located right on the South Platte River, Riverbend Layout Area is an alfalfa field in a very active flyway. Hunters will need to bring their own layout blinds, or any other form of a blind to hunt this spot. They may set up in the middle of the field however they please. Note that there are homes on both the east and west side of the field, so please be mindful of their location while you are setting up and shooting. All hunters must abide by all state of Colorado hunting regulations, including licensing and limits. SPEEDING OVER 15mph ON PRIVATE ROADS WILL RESULT IN FINES.

This property is located in an agriculture field with the surrounding areas seeing little hunting pressure creating an excellent place to find birds. This property is located directly next to the south plate which is a great waterfowl area. On this property, you are likely to find a variety of duck and geese species.

Cancellations must be made 48 hours or more prior to the adventure. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be subject to partial or full outdoorsman fee charges.

You are not legally allowed to access the property, for any adventure, prior to your selected access day. If you try to access the property at all before your selected date(s), without prior approval from IO, you will be subject to trespassing and punishments therein.
