Notes from the landowner

Rule Ranch is a DIY pronghorn property located south of the town of Las Animas, located in GMU 130 and 146. It consists of over 3500 acres of quality pronghorn ground. Due to the very flat nature of the terrain found on this property, the pronghorn will move constantly. Rule Ranch is placed in between two sources of water, and game will cross back and forth between them, frequenting the acreage provided here. This hunt will be spot and stalk method of hunting, driving in and out will only be permitted on existing tracks. Hunters will be required to provide their own licensing and must abide by all state of Colorado rules and regulations. IO payment process is as follows: A reservation fee that is non-refundable. 50% of the outdoorsman fee will process at the time of booking, and the remaining 50% will process a month prior to the hunt start date. If booked within a month time frame, the full outdoorsman fee will process at the time of booking. Reach out to IO if you have any questions.

Payment Process

Reservation fees are due at the time of booking, and are non-refundable. 50% of the outdoorsman fee will process 2 weeks after the draw results in this state are posted. If you are unsuccessful in the draw, reach out to IO and the situation will be handled accordingly. The remaining 50% will process 1 month prior to the hunt.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made prior to placing a deposit will be taken care of immediately. Any cancellations needing made after placing a deposit will result in attempts to reschedule the hunt for a different season, or a different year. Please note that refunds are not guaranteed.

Availability

If there is a lapse in availability, please do not be discouraged to reach out to IO. All calendars are set and managed by landowners, and unavailability is set by them. However, IO is willing to reach out on your behalf, to check on available dates. Other reasons for unavailable dates include biologist recommended hunter/harvest quotas that landowners implement, as well as state season dates not being released.

Trespassing

You are not legally allowed to access the property, for any adventure, prior to your selected access day. If you try to access the property at all before your selected date(s), without prior approval from IO, you will be subject to trespassing and punishments therein.

Please read the Terms of Service before fully booking your adventure. Otherwise, Refunds are only permitted at the discretion of Infinite Outdoors. This is only in conjunction with particular situations including, but not limited to, modifications to reservation (usually by a reduction in reserved days) or full cancellation of any Infinite Outdoors adventure, either hunting or fishing. No refunds will be permitted, in ANY case, if the individual(s) broke any of Infinite Outdoors Rules or Policies as set out by the Infinite Outdoors team, and each individual Landowner.

Non hunters require prior approval. Once approved they must still be IO members but may be subject to reduced price or free outdoorsman fee. If this applies to you, please reach out to IO.
