Notes from the landowner

Located in Yoder Wyoming, this 5 day deer hunt could be one of the best OTC hunts in the state. Sitting in a general Deer area, this property includes over 1000 acres of land next to public land that can also be hunted. Whitetails as well as Muleys can be found on this property and there is a great chance of seeing both! A reservoir is located on the land and corn is being grown which will likely be tall during the season. With no lack of resources, you can expect to find healthy Deer. All hunters must abide by Wyoming state rules and regulations. Be sure to bring all tags, licenses and anything else necessary to abide by those rules.

This 1400 acre property is bordered by public lands. This property consists of a reservoir, corn, and other agriculture fields and open sections providing better visibility. On this property, you are likely to find both whitetail and mule deer.

Payment Process

Reservation fees are due at the time of booking, and are non-refundable. 50% of the outdoorsman fee will process 2 weeks after the draw results in this state are posted. If you are unsuccessful in the draw, reach out to IO and the situation will be handled accordingly. The remaining 50% will process 1 month prior to the hunt. All OTC hunts will require a 50% deposit of the outdoorsman fee at the time of booking as well. The remaining 50% will process 1 month prior to the hunt.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made prior to placing a deposit will be taken care of immediately. Any cancellations needing made after placing a deposit will result in attempts to reschedule the hunt for a different season, or a different year. Please note that refunds are not guaranteed.

Availability

If there is a lapse in availability, please do not be discouraged to reach out to IO. All calendars are set and managed by landowners, and unavailability is set by them. However, IO is willing to reach out on your behalf, to check on available dates. Other reasons for unavailable dates include biologist recommended hunter/harvest quotas that landowners implement, as well as state season dates not being released.

Trespassing

You are not legally allowed to access the property, for any adventure, prior to your selected access day. If you try to access the property at all before your selected date(s), without prior approval from IO, you will be subject to trespassing and punishments therein.

This is only in conjunction with particular situations including, but not limited to, modifications to reservation (usually by a reduction in reserved days) or full cancellation of any Infinite Outdoors adventure, either hunting or fishing. No refunds will be permitted, in ANY case, if the individual(s) broke any of Infinite Outdoors Rules or Policies as set out by the Infinite Outdoors team, and each individual Landowner.
