Lake Maloney is located just outside of North Platte Nebraska on approximately 380 acres of private land. Lake Maloney offers a perfect opportunity to chase gobbles in the spring with a great number of turkeys on throughout the year. The property features multiple water sources. Multiple ponds as well as multiple creeks run through the land. There are also groves of trees that will be phenomenal for roosting purposes. Lake Maloney will only be for foot traffic, the property is not to be driven on.
Game and habitat information
This property sits in an ideal location from a biological stand point. Through out the year, gobblers are offered a sanctuary with an abundance of much needed sources for optimal habitat. Roosting trees are abundant on this land as well as water in multiple areas. Turkeys can be seen in abundance moving too and from roosting areas in the early mornings and evenings. During the spring strut activity will increase which is the mating season. During this time, toms will be more vocal and territorial.

Payment Process
Reservation fees are due at the time of booking, and are non-refundable. The outdoorsman fee will process automatically, 48 hours prior to the hunt.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 48 hours or more prior to the adventure. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be subject to partial or full outdoorsman fee charges.
Availability
If there is a lapse in availability, please do not be discouraged to reach out to IO. All calendars are set and managed by landowners, and unavailability is set by them. However, IO is willing to reach out on your behalf, to check on available dates. Other reasons for unavailable dates include biologist recommended hunter/harvest quotas that landowners implement, as well as state season dates not being released.
Trespassing
You are not legally allowed to access the property, for any adventure, prior to your selected access day. If you try to access the property at all before your selected date(s), without prior approval from IO, you will be subject to trespassing and punishments therein.
