Whitetail and Mule DeerElevation
4800 ft59 Grain CO consists of a string of broken land equaling 820 acres south of Seibert, CO. Located in GMU 115 consisting of several food sources and a stretch of the East Branch Spring Creek dried river bottom, this smaller property should offer ample opportunity to capitalize on traveling, feeding, or even bedding deer. Being on flat lands, this property harbors several draws 20 foot deep, sure to attract large bedding and grazing bucks. The outdoorsman fee is set for a DIY hunt. IO payment process is as follows: A reservation fee that is non-refundable. 50% of the outdoorsman fee will process 2 weeks after the Colorado limited license draw results are posted. If you are unsuccessful in the draw, reach out to Infinite Outdoors before that 2-week mark and they will proceed with you accordingly. The remaining 50% will process 1 month prior to your arrival on the property.
This 820-acre property provides a creek bed, with agriculture lands consisting of mostly wheat. There are also a handful of tree rows and old homesteads throughout the property, providing plenty of area for game to utilize a windbreak, or other hiding spots. This property will hold both Whitetail and Mule Deer. With the lack of predators, and abundance of food, eastern Colorado produces big deer every year. Look for any changes in elevation that deer can be using to tuck themselves away, as well as some of the taller crops that can completely conceal an animal.

However, IO is willing to reach out on your behalf, to check on available dates. Other reasons for unavailable dates include biologist recommended hunter/harvest quotas that landowners implement, as well as state season dates not being released. All big game hunts may be pre-booked for future seasons; reach out to IO to inquire.

4 out of 5 stars
I would’ve given 5 stars, but the property that’s closest to i70, a corn field, hadn’t been cut down yet & there was no way to hunt there. Also, that property backed right up to a residential house/property & I don’t know how comfortable I would feel shooting that close to someone’s house / property.
