Located in GMU 115, with a riverbed and several agricultural lands, this property is going to be a place of dreams for those searching for a tough spot and stalk deer hunt. Being on flat lands, this property harbors several draws 20 foot deep, sure to attract large bedding and grazing bucks. The outdoorsman fee is set for a DIY hunt. If a hunter is unable to acquire their own license, IO may be able to provide them with a landowner voucher, directly from the landowner. IO payment process is as follows: A reservation fee that is non-refundable. 50% of the outdoorsman fee will process 2 weeks after the Colorado limited license draw results are posted. If you are unsuccessful in the draw, reach out to Infinite Outdoors before that 2-week mark and they will proceed with you accordingly. The remaining 50% will process 1 month prior to your arrival on the property.
Game and habitat information
This 1,263-acre property provides a creek bed, with agriculture lands consisting of some corn, and mostly wheat. There are also a handful of tree rows and old homesteads throughout the property, providing plenty of area for game to utilize a windbreak, or other hiding spots. This property will hold both Whitetail and Mule Deer. With the lack of predators, and abundance of food, eastern Colorado produces big deer every year. Look for any changes in elevation that deer can be using to tuck themselves away, as well as some of the taller crops that can completely conceal an animal.
