Park Creek Reservoir is located to the northeast of this property and will also act as roosting and loafing grounds. With the abundance of open water nearby, hunting can be great as the temperatures continue to drop. Park Creek #12 is a field planted in beets, in the Front Range of northern Colorado. It is a prime spot for Dark Geese due to its location in relation to multiple large bodies of water, and the flyway that it resides in. The front range of Colorado is notorious for large migrations of geese throughout the year. This property can expect to see quality goose activity in the early season, as well as successful hunts in the late season. As the temperatures drop and migration continues, Rawhide Reservoir will be the roost spot for a lot of game birds because of its ability to stay open during the whole year.
