Rule Ranch is a DIY pronghorn property located south of the town of Las Animas, located in GMU 130. It consists of over 1200 acres of quality pronghorn ground. Due to the very flat nature of the terrain found on this property, the pronghorn will move constantly. Rule Ranch is placed in between two sources of water, and game will cross back and forth between them, frequenting the acreage provided here. This hunt will be spot and stalk method of hunting, driving in and out will only be permitted on existing tracks. Hunters will be required to provide their own licensing and must abide by all state of Colorado rules and regulations. IO payment process is as follows: A reservation fee that is non-refundable. 50% of the outdoorsman fee will process at the time of booking, and the remaining 50% will process a month prior to the hunt start date. If booked within a month time frame, the full outdoorsman fee will process at the time of booking. Reach out to IO if you have any questions.

This 1200-acre property is made up of flat grasslands with water on either side making this property a grazing zone while moving between the water.
Cancellation Policy
Hunters must cancel within 2 weeks after the draw results post. If deposit is made, we will push you to following year/season if possible.

Payment
Non-refundable Reservation Fee 50% outdoorsman charged after draw results 50% outdoorsman charged 1 month prior to hunt. All OTC archery hunts will require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
Drawing Odds
Availability
If there is a lapse in availability, please do not be discouraged to reach out to IO. All calendars are set and managed by landowners, and unavailability is set by them. However, IO is willing to reach out on your behalf, to check on available dates. Other reasons for unavailable dates include biologist recommended hunter/harvest quotas that landowners implement, as well as state season dates not being released. All big game hunts may be pre-booked for future seasons; reach out to IO to inquire.
Trespassing
You are not legally allowed to access the property, for any adventure, prior to your selected access day. If you try to access the property at all before your selected date(s), without prior approval from IO, you will be subject to trespassing and punishments therein.
