Latham Ditch Deer - 5 Day

This property is located just south of Garden City, Colorado. With water on the property, woven in and out of trees, this property holds needed cover and food. Mule deer are regularly seen here. Hunters are able to make brush blinds if they want, there are no tree stands or blinds set up on this property. Hunters must follow all Colorado state rules and regulations. IO payment process is as follows: A reservation fee that is non-refundable. 50% of the outdoorsman fee will process 2 weeks after the Colorado limited license draw results are posted. If you are unsuccessful in the draw, reach out to Infinite Outdoors before that 2-week mark and they will proceed with you accordingly. The remaining 50% will process 1 month prior to your arrival on the property.

Latham Ditch has some deer hunting opportunities with prime river bottom in a famous region for big CO deer. Right between two semi-urban areas, you can expect minimal hunting pressure and some big CO bucks to be found. The location of land provided offers multiple opportunities on cruising bucks that filter through the river bottom. This mixture of Large cottonwoods, Birch, Black locust, and other large river-bottom trees can provide excellent stand locations and dense habitat for bedding traveling corridors. The combination of bedding, river-bottom, and dense habitat, exceptional habitat for this region. Be sure to keep an eye out for deer activity in early mornings and evenings as deer tend to feed in the Ag fields on neighboring properties and seek the river bottom for their travel corridor. These deer can disappear in thick pockets of vegetation along the river so be sure to intercept them before they disappear and sit where the deer are traveling. This being said culmination of different landscapes provides browsing and travel corridor opportunities for deer throughout the property and can be an excellent opportunity to have a run in with an exceptional Whitetail buck.
