Flattop Grill, Coffee Pot, Generator, Decoys, UrinalBY BOOKING THIS PROPERTY, YOU ARE AGREEING TO HAVE THE HUNT BE OPEN AS A COMMUNITY ADVENTURE. This property is located just east of Greeley, Colorado, on the South Platte River, nearly spitting distance from town! There is a spacious blind built from a 40-foot Conex box with a camouflaged roof. Included in the blind is a flat top grill for cooking, a coffee pot, and a generator for power. Hunters are also allowed to use decoys provided in the blind. There are 2 dozen floater goose decoys, as well as 2 dozen floater duck decoys. Inventory of the decoys will be taken after each hunt. To add to the luxury, there is also a makeshift urinal inside the blind! Not only does one of the best waterfowl rivers in the region run through this property, but it also boasts an alfalfa field to the north - perfect for waterfowl movement in the area. SPEEDING OVER 15mph ON PRIVATE ROADS WILL RESULT IN FINES.
This property is located on the South Platte River, with several offshoots and thicker brush that make it ideal for waterfowl hunting. This location and the surrounding areas see little hunting pressure. On this property, you are likely to find a variety of duck species along with some geese here and there. There is a permanent blind located on this property. However, since the river has changed in the last year, the permanent blind is now 30 yards away from the water. There is a giant sandbar in front, perfect for full-body decoys or silhouettes. If the blind is too far away from water for the liking of your hunting party, hunters are encouraged to brush themselves in with a blind wherever they see fit, within the property's boundaries.
By booking this property, you are agreeing to having your adventure be open to the Infinite Outdoors community. What this means, is your reservation will be available for other IO members to join, within the set guest limit. As a party organizer, you will receive notifications when other members join your adventure.

If there is a lapse in availability, please do not be discouraged to reach out to IO. All calendars are set and managed by landowners, and unavailability is set by them. However, IO is willing to reach out on your behalf, to check on available dates. Other reasons for unavailable dates include biologist recommended hunter/harvest quotas that landowners implement, as well as state season dates not being released.

Group of hunters set up at the fence line north of the conex about 10ft to 15ft away, In the corn field owned by the same landowner. Used the conex as a camp and setup a panel blind on the property to put some space between us and the other group. Definitely have ducks and geese in the area. But a group that close definitely hindered the morning hunt.

Cool location, however the blind is very far from the river. When we showed up in the morning and saw that followed by what condition the blind was in I instantly felt like I had been hood winked. The blind is great in theory but the large open doors with no way to camo them. The blind needs chicken wire or something on the front to shove grass on. Lastly shooting inside a shipping container is as dangerous as it sounds. The over pressure and concussion were gnarly, zero out of ten would not recommend to anyone
