Walsh Ranch - Turkey

Walsh Ranch is located outside of Meeker Colorado, in GMU 211. Consisting of over 600 acres of private land, and an additional 5,000 acres of BLM with direct access from the property. Walsh Ranch has produced over the years and will offer a great opportunity for chasing gobbles out west. This property has been specifically managed for hunting for 2 years, prior to this, it was not hunted for 11 years. All attending parties must be members Infinite Outdoors to legally access this property. Additionally, members need to bring other things necessary.

Walsh Ranch sits in an ideal location. Timber on the north east on the BLM land provides and abundance of roost opportunities for birds. To the west of the property are agricultural fields with running water. Walsh ranch consists of native grasses, sage, piñon and juniper. The land is rolling hills and flat meadows; it is utilized for cattle grazing during certain parts of the year. Turkeys can be seen in abundance in the early mornings or evenings when moving to and from roosting areas.

Reservation fees are due at the time of booking, and are non-refundable. The outdoorsman fee will process automatically, 48 hours prior to the hunt.

Cancellations must be made 48 hours or more prior to the adventure. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be subject to partial or full outdoorsman fee charges.

If there is a lapse in availability, please do not be discouraged to reach out to IO. All calendars are set and managed by landowners, and unavailability is set by them. However, IO is willing to reach out on your behalf, to check on available dates. Other reasons for unavailable dates include biologist recommended hunter/harvest quotas that landowners implement, as well as state season dates not being released.

You are not legally allowed to access the property, for any adventure, prior to your selected access day. If you try to access the property at all before your selected date(s), without prior approval from IO, you will be subject to trespassing and punishments therein.
