Bucks and Beards - Turkey (3-Day Hunt)

This property listing is dedicated to DIY turkey hunting just outside of Guide Rock, Nebraska. Though the hunting here is DIY, Bucks and Beards offers a unique all-inclusive service not found with many DIY opportunities. By booking this property, you are also going to be provided with not only on-site lodging but meals as well, for the duration of your hunt. The lodging here is provided in a bunkhouse that can sleep up to 3 comfortably, with room for more to squeeze in. This property consists of roughly 480 acres of prime turkey habitat, and boasts a very healthy population of Rio Grande and hybrid wild turkeys. Please note that by booking a date on this particular property listing, you are booking a 3-day hunt. Landowners of this property are invested in providing hunters with a good experience; so much so that they cater to many of the need's hunters may have. Upon booking, you will be contacted by the landowner in preparation for your hunt and stay, so please be on the lookout for that contact attempt. North of the Republican River, Bucks and Beards consists of a habitat that is highly regarded for wild turkey hunting. Thick sections of hardwood timber create natural roosting areas for birds in the area, while food sources and local water are also found on site. As this is an operating agriculture region, many foods such as corn, alfalfa, and a plentiful number of bugs keep the turkey's plump and healthy. Hunters who book this property can be rest assured that the property has received virtually zero hunting pressure since 2020, creating opportunity for resident turkeys to increase the population year after year. Several mature toms will be found on the property each year, creating amazing opportunity for an exciting hunt!

Reservation fees are due at the time of booking, and are non-refundable. The outdoorsman fee will process automatically, 48 hours prior to the hunt.

Cancellations must be made 48 hours or more prior to the adventure. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be subject to partial or full outdoorsman fee charges.

If there is a lapse in availability, please do not be discouraged to reach out to IO. All calendars are set and managed by landowners, and unavailability is set by them. However, IO is willing to reach out on your behalf, to check on available dates. Other reasons for unavailable dates include biologist recommended hunter/harvest quotas that landowners implement, as well as state season dates not being released.

You are not legally allowed to access the property, for any adventure, prior to your selected access day. If you try to access the property at all before your selected date(s), without prior approval from IO, you will be subject to trespassing and punishments therein.
