475 acresHarry Strunk LakeTurkey hunting property is located just outside of Cambridge Nebraska. With Nebraska being one of the best Turkey hunting states in the nation, this land offers roughly 475 acres of amazing land for it. With open fields tucked between rows of trees on the creek, this could be the Turkey hunt of a lifetime. Just south of this property lies a big piece of public land. As hunting season goes along, hunters will push more of them onto private land where you can cash in on that opportunity. Hunters will have access to 2 tree stands on this property. All hunters need to know rules and regulations as well as have all tags, and licenses required. Turkey tags can be bought OTC or online.
Harry Strunk Turkey holds a very healthy population of birds, and quite possibly might be one of the last few places in southwest Nebraska that does. Here you will find both merriam turkeys, and a mixture of hybrids. The property consists of a heavily wooded creek bottom that provides plenty of roosting options for big groups of birds. As they receive very minimal pressure throughout the year, the turkeys here have made a home out of this 480-acre farm, and very rarely do they leave. As mating season comes into full swing, you can expect birds to be roosted in several areas scattered through the farm, and each group will do have their own patterns. All in all, this farm is a haven for turkeys all year long, and spring season is the perfect opportunity to find success.

However, IO is willing to reach out on your behalf, to check on available dates. Other reasons for unavailable dates include biologist recommended hunter/harvest quotas that landowners implement, as well as state season dates not being released. All adventures can only be booked a maximum of 90 days in advance.
You are not legally allowed to access the property, for any adventure, prior to your selected access day. If you try to access the property at all before your selected date(s), without prior approval from IO, you will be subject to trespassing and punishments therein.
