Notes from the landowner

Vona Road is a DIY antelope hunting property located in GMU 109 consisting of over 9,500 acres. It is a compilation of plots spread out through the unit, providing a wide variety of terrain. From pastureland, CRP fields, wheat stubble and winter wheat, to dried creek beds and ponds, the entirety of this property provides plenty of opportunity for antelope to roam. This is a spot and stalk property, you may park on the county roads and walk in. Do not drive through fields, or park in driveways. Hunts on this property will be sold in 3-day increments, the day you book will be valid for the following 2 as well. This is a draw unit for antelope. The outdoorsman fee is set for a DIY hunt for 3 days. If a hunter is unable to acquire their own license, IO may be able to provide them with a landowner voucher, directly from the landowner. Lodging is not included in this hunt. Nearby towns such as Stratton or Burlington may have hotel availability. Camping on the property is not permitted. IO payment process is as follows: A reservation fee that is non-refundable. 50% of the outdoorsman fee will process 2 weeks after the Colorado limited license draw results are posted. If you are unsuccessful in the draw, reach out to an IO team member before that 2-week mark, and they will proceed with you accordingly. The remaining 50% will process 48 hours prior to your arrival on the property.

Game and habitat information

This land is the epitome of pronghorn habitat, made up of open grasslands, rolling hills, dry creek bottoms, and pastureland. This land also has access to water sources making this excellent land for pronghorn.

Availability

If there is a lapse in availability, please do not be discouraged to reach out to IO. All calendars are set and managed by landowners, and unavailability is set by them. However, IO is willing to reach out on your behalf, to check on available dates. Other reasons for unavailable dates include biologist recommended hunter/harvest quotas that landowners implement, as well as state season dates not being released. All big game hunts may be pre-booked for future seasons; reach out to IO to inquire.

Trespassing

You are not legally allowed to access the property, for any adventure, prior to your selected access day. If you try to access the property at all before your selected date(s), without prior approval from IO, you will be subject to trespassing and punishments therein.

Please read the Terms of Service before fully booking your adventure. Otherwise, Refunds are only permitted at the discretion of Infinite Outdoors. This is only in conjunction with particular situations including, but not limited to, modifications to reservation (usually by a reduction in reserved days) or full cancellation of any Infinite Outdoors adventure, either hunting or fishing. No refunds will be permitted, in ANY case, if the individual(s) broke any of Infinite Outdoors Rules or Policies as set out by the Infinite Outdoors team, and each individual Landowner.
