Cochran Creek Ranch - Turkey

This property offers 360 acres of prime turkey habitat for chasing Rio Grande turkeys. The landowner has provided information on where the turkeys roost and where they have had successful hunts in the past. Just a 2hr 45min drive from Bend and a 4hr drive from Portland.

This combination of mountainous and alfalfa field property has a large population of turkeys, often getting into the 300 range in the winter months. The alfalfa fields and roost trees provide great habitat for turkeys to stay on the property throughout the spring season and give hunters a great opportunity to be successful on their hunt. Be sure to use the diverse terrain to your benefit when setting up and getting close to these aggressive birds!

Reservation fees are due at the time of booking, and are non-refundable. The outdoorsman fee will process automatically, 48 hours prior to the hunt.

Cancellations must be made 48 hours or more prior to the adventure. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be subject to partial or full outdoorsman fee charges.

If there is a lapse in availability, please do not be discouraged to reach out to IO. All calendars are set and managed by landowners, and unavailability is set by them. However, IO is willing to reach out on your behalf, to check on available dates. Other reasons for unavailable dates include biologist recommended hunter/harvest quotas that landowners implement, as well as state season dates not being released.

You are not legally allowed to access the property, for any adventure, prior to your selected access day. If you try to access the property at all before your selected date(s), without prior approval from IO, you will be subject to trespassing and punishments therein.
