River Bend Community Blind - West

BY BOOKING THIS PROPERTY, YOU ARE AGREEING TO HAVE THE HUNT BE OPEN AS A COMMUNITY ADVENTURE. This property is located just east of Greeley on the South Platte, nearly spitting distance from town! Not only does one of the best waterfowl rivers in the region run through it, but this property also boasts an alfalfa field to the north - perfect for plentiful waterfowl opportunities. The parking spot for this property is conveniently located close to the river, making for easy transport for hunting gear. The west side of River Bend does not currently have a blind, so we recommend using a layout or portable blind. This property can be quite open, so a good blind will help you get these eager birds locked and landing. You may also consider building a brush blind on your own since there is plenty of cover to utilize. SPEEDING OVER 15mph ON PRIVATE ROADS WILL RESULT IN FINES.

This property is located on the South Platte River, with several offshoots and thick brush available nearby to create an ideal waterfowl hunting location. This location and the surrounding areas see little hunting pressure, which allows for an excellent place to find birds. On this property, you are likely to find a variety of duck species along with some geese here and there.

By booking this property, you are agreeing to having your adventure be open to the Infinite Outdoors community. What this means, is your reservation will be available for other IO members to join, within the set guest limit. As a party organizer, you will receive notifications when other members join your adventure.

This property does not have a provided blind. Hunters are encouraged to account for additional time needed to build a brush blind, or brush in any blinds that are brought with.

Reservation fees are processed at the time of booking and are non-refundable. All outdoorsman fees will process automatically, 48 hours prior to the hunt.

Cancellations must be made 48 hours or more prior to the adventure. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be subject to partial or full outdoorsman fee charges.

You are not legally allowed to access the property, for any adventure, prior to your selected access day. If you try to access the property at all before your selected date(s), without prior approval from IO, you will be subject to trespassing and punishments therein.
