Newcastle Draws - Pronghorn

Newcastle Draws is located just outside of Newcastle, Wyoming. Consisting of approximately 3500 acres in area 6, this property offers a great experience chasing goats. Newcastle Draws also gives direct access to an additional 1800 acres of BLM and state land, a lot of which is landlocked and not accessible. This property offers a picture perfect scene for Wyoming Pronghorn hunting. Water can be found on the property as well as several draws leading to and from other resources like agriculture fields within a close vicinity to the property. This is a DIY hunting opportunity so hunters will need to bring all gear that they deem necessary for success. All attending parties will need to be members of Infinite Outdoors to legally access this property regardless if they are carrying a gun or not.

This property consists of fantastic habitat for Pronghorn. Located in the heart of Black Hills National Forrest region of Wyoming, this area and this property in particular is an oasis for various species. Water sources are few and far between in this area of the state. This property has a creek on the southwest end and very common to see Pronghorn travel to and from water sources. The east side of the property offers multiple draws and travel corridors from nearby farming fields. Pronghorn will be more active in the mornings and evenings but can be seen during the heat of the day as well. During the months of September into October rut activity will increase which can lead to great hunting.

Reservation fees are due at the time of booking, and are non-refundable. 50% of the outdoorsman fee will process 2 weeks after the draw results in this state are posted. If you are unsuccessful in the draw, reach out to IO and the situation will be handled accordingly. The remaining 50% will process 1 month prior to the hunt. All OTC hunts will require a 50% deposit of the outdoorsman fee at the time of booking as well. The remaining 50% will process 1 month prior to the hunt.

Cancellations made prior to placing a deposit will be taken care of immediately. Any cancellations needing made after placing a deposit will result in attempts to reschedule the hunt for a different season, or a different year. Please note that refunds are not guaranteed.

If there is a lapse in availability, please do not be discouraged to reach out to IO. All calendars are set and managed by landowners, and unavailability is set by them. However, IO is willing to reach out on your behalf, to check on available dates. Other reasons for unavailable dates include biologist recommended hunter/harvest quotas that landowners implement, as well as state season dates not being released. All big game hunts may be pre-booked for future seasons; reach out to IO to inquire.

You are not legally allowed to access the property, for any adventure, prior to your selected access day. If you try to access the property at all before your selected date(s), without prior approval from IO, you will be subject to trespassing and punishments therein.
