Cowboy's River

Cowboy's River Ranch is a beautiful fishing property located just outside of Meeker, CO, on the famous White River. With over a 1/2 mile of fishable water, this stretch of river holds great numbers of fish. There are 5 different species of trout: rainbow, brown, cutthroat, brook, and cutbow, as well as mountain whitefish. The White River is famous for amazing fishing almost all year round. Load up and make a weekend out of your trip to this gorgeous part of Colorado and check out the local town history while you're there! This is a catch and release property, as the desire to preserve the quality of fishing is very high. Please stick to the path shown on the maps and walk the banks to avoid leaving too great of a mark on the land. Through the summer the hay will get tall, but the walk is simple. SPEEDING OVER 15mph ON PRIVATE ROADS WILL RESULT IN FINES.

Cowboy’s River property, located right outside Meeker Colorado is found on the beautiful White River. Surrounding this property is unpressured private water, providing access to a spectacular fishing opportunity. This section of the White is home to many trout species including browns, rainbows, cutthroats, cutbows, brook trout, and the occasional whitefish. This property is comprised of several good runs holding wild 18-24” browns and rainbows.
