This property is located in GMU 116, south of Stratton, CO. It is made up of almost 8,000 acres of quality hunting land that has historically seen almost zero hunting pressure. In this property you will find several food and water sources, along with plenty of changing terrain and bedding areas. Hunters can find both whitetail and mule deer in this area, so be sure of what you're shooting at! Please refrain from entering into or shooting near any areas in close proximity to the feedlot. Hunters are solely responsible for any wounded or killed cattle. Infinite Outdoors may be able to put you in touch with a landowner to redeem a landowner voucher for this property. Please inquire within. IO payment process is as follows: A reservation fee that is non-refundable. 50% of the outdoorsman fee will process 2 weeks after the Colorado draw results are posted, so reach out to IO if you are unsuccessful in the draw. The remaining 50% will automatically process 1 month prior to your arrival on the property to hunt.

Game and habitat information

Eastern Colorado is known for its large Mule Deer and the opportunity at both mule deer and whitetail in the 150-200+ range. With vast acreage, good found and water sources and shallow creek beds this property is great for those hunters that enjoy spot and stalk hunts across open range. Deer tend to frequent the agriculture fields and shallow drainages for cover. Crops on the property range from wheat, corn and milo with both irrigated and dryland fields. Large pastures and bluffs provide cover for the deer from predators and weather. The topography, water sources, and food allow for a great deer population and a terrific hunt.

Availability

If there is a lapse in availability, please do not be discouraged to reach out to IO. All calendars are set and managed by landowners, and unavailability is set by them. However, IO is willing to reach out on your behalf, to check on available dates. Other reasons for unavailable dates include biologist recommended hunter/harvest quotas that landowners implement, as well as state season dates not being released. All big game hunts may be pre-booked for future seasons; reach out to IO to inquire.

Trespassing

You are not legally allowed to access the property, for any adventure, prior to your selected access day. If you try to access the property at all before your selected date(s), without prior approval from IO, you will be subject to trespassing and punishments therein.

No refunds will be permitted, in ANY case, if the individual(s) broke any of Infinite Outdoors Rules or Policies as set out by the Infinite Outdoors team, and each individual Landowner.
